Shocking. NEVER USE THEM. 2 months late to respond to emails and calls…. No flowers this valentines day ,absolute useless scam
Would do 0 stars if possible. Ordered flowers that were meant to arrive on Valentine’s Day, now in March still flowers or no response from the company. An absolutely terrible experience. Stay well clear.
The order arrived 3 weeks late. The tree was completely covered in a heavy amount of mould, and the flowers were dead. When I suggested they need to rethink their courier they said they usually have no problem and resent them. Those haven’t been received yet, 2 weeks later. days, in some months almost 21 days. I've taken a photo of each bouquet so far as an ongoing reminder of this wonderful gift. Each month I am thrilled to receive another "birthday present" - such a brilliant idea and one I will always remember.

delivery date and asking when I would like it delivered. Further advising that earliest delivery would be Monday - 3 days after my initial order.
I find it hard to believe that I was able to complete and pay for an order which had no delivery date and also that it took the company over 12 hours to realise there was no delivery date included.
I would not recommend this company or its services - I should have looked at the reviews before deciding to place my order. To add insult to injury I received an email asking me to rate the flowers and delivery???

My daughter ordered a bunch of sunflowers for me to cheer me up. I felt so bad for her going to the trouble and cost, only to find the delivered flowers to be very disappointing. Some of the petals already falling off.
Ordered a last minute gift for mothers day and it arrived fairly quickly considering i’m an hour away from Sydney. Great that I was able to track the delivery the entire way too. Flowers were great and the scented candle that came with it was lovely too. Very happy with the service.

imagination. I wrote to Floraly to let them know. They offered a refund but I told them that my objective is to let them know and do a better job next time, not to get a refund. They still gave me a refund anyway. Floraly was excellent and efficient in dealing with my complaint.(Poebe & Olivia dealt with my feedback and they were great).

Excellence with any occasion – This is the third or fourth time I have used Floraly to send flowers to a friend in Australia (I'm in the states) and they never disappoint. Whether it is a new move, a new job, or encouragement, they do it so well with their language of flowers.

really a ploy to encourage you to feel confident about your order getting to the recipient asap. My flowers weren’t even dispatched until around 1.19pm on Wednesday so there was a significant delay already and did not end up being delivered until 5.34pm that evening. Very disappointing.
I did appreciate being able to track the delivery by the driver. So well done to the delivery company.

Mouldy Sunflowers – I ordered a large bunch of sunflowers for my daughter but half were covered in mould within 2 days. Avoid Floraly. They have a lot of positive reviews on Google but terrible reviews everywhere else. I conclude the good reviews on Google are mostly fake.
Foraly’s Tired Sunflower - Delivered – Every year my son send the Floraly’s Sunflower on mothers day to my wife, he must be paying premium price from New Zealand but the flowers quality are going down every year. This year as they arrived looks very tired with one flower out of the 6 blooming - I doubt the remaining 5 will ever bloom. It’s so difficult I don’t know how to tell him not to buy from this company .

Wilted, inexpensive flowers, sometimes just thrown in – My daughter gave my late dog and myself the lovely gift of flowers, for three months, at Christmas (23) time. couple of inexpensive varieties thrown into the box in every direction. The third lot at least was wrapped, but wilted. Might last three days top. I know my daughter well enough to know she wouldn't have ordered the very cheapest oradvertised as flowers on their last days. I cannot make a claim, as it was a gift, but feel sorry my daughter spent that money. I certainly never will with this company. The only nice thing has been the box in which they arrived

it was of course much too late. They offered no compensation just some nonsense explanation. Truly awful service. They not only disappointed me but also my dear friend who is so unwell, she is unable to leave the house and was expecting a gift from me on her Birthday. She received nothing. My advice, choose another flower delivery company, ANY other flower delivery company.
Disappointing flowers – Flowers arrived at 4.30pm instead of 2.30pm scheduled. Fresh flowers nearly turned into dry flowers as the flowers are not kept moist. Only beautiful is the box... Roses do not bloom.

VERY ORDINARY FLOWERS BUT PREMIUM PRICE – My son ordered me flowers from Floraly for my birthday and they were so disappointing. Old brush type flowers mainly with a few gerberas and some very sad roses that wilted that evening. So annoyed my son spent so much money on these as they are not cheap! Premium price for rubbish.
