What was ordered wasn't received – I received a gift box for the birth of my son. I sent a photo to my friend to thank her for the gift box only to be told what was sent was not what she had ordered. noted it was part of a 2 pack and only sent one onsie!! After my experience definitely won't be ordering from them. It seems they buy stuff in special and include in their boxes so they're not the same as the online photos.

Definitely not perfect – The fact that it's possible to add on only ONE item when buying a gift box is not ideal and it's time consuming to go create a new box just to add another. Not impressed with that work flow, would prefer if it's just a simple click to add more items.

Ordered for two different friend couples who are having babies. This company is so extremely responsive if you need help to choose or anything else. And the shipping was super fast - I was amazed. Our friends told me that the quality of the items is great and they really loved their gifts.
