Great experience – I went to Flower Joondalup this afternoon and had a wonderful experience. I left feeling extremely happy with my purchase and very pleased with the lady who had some great suggestions outside of my usual choices. I will certainly be returning.

I’m a regular customer – I’ve been a customer of their Joondalup store for a few years now. The sales staff are excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable and always have great suggestions about what would suit me. I also tell them what I don’t like and they listen. Like with all clothing brands some items last longer than others but I’ve never found any ‘faults’ in anything I’ve bought.

Top bleached of colour – I purchased a top for $139.00 and it needed bleaching - checked all the labels and none said 'do not bleach' - Colour ran out of it - took it back to St Ives who sent it to Perth Head Office who said I shouldn't have bleached - now taking it to NSW Fair Trading. Do not buy from FLOWER.

Never rely on a refund from FLOWER – The returns 'Policy' is overshadowed by pushy sales ladies. I was away for the three weeks following the purchase of the garment. twice appealing their decision, and not interested. I was three days outside of an extended three days they then gave me, but would not extend to that. Their 'You Are What's Important' blurb, means nought. I have a $110.00 blouse I will never wear.

I will not return to any FLOWER store.

No refund policy appalling – The staff don't tell you that and there are no signs in the shop. Staff pushy and just interested in making a sale. Will never buy anything from them again.

Pushy sales technique – I love most of the flower clothing, but quality is not good enough for that prices. Stuff are helpful but to pushy, no matter how many items you bye they always add something else until you say yes. Once I was not happy with one item and came back to change for somethings else, there was coldest serve that I ever experienced, after I spend lots of money. I will never return to that shop.

Dreadful quality, overpriced – Clothing falls apart after a few wears and the dye ran in the top I bought, ruining my white pants. They aren't interested in customer satisfaction and will do anything they can to avoid giving a refund.

Great customer service – Fantastic customer service! Julie at the Cleveland store is lovely, very helpful and friendly. Showed me things I wouldn't have tried on on my own, love them! I will be back!

Bullying Sales Tactics – I love the clothing but the staff are extremely pushy, stalking you around the shop, not giving you space to make your own decision. And woe betide if you try something on, they just keep throwing more stuff at you until you agree to buy something. Avoid the Carindale store at all costs.

Disgusting and rude – I had a layby with them and after a few weeks I rang them and asked if I could exchange for something else and they said no. were extremely rude when I rang and asked if they could help me out. I contacted head office and never heard from them, only the store rang back. There is no way to contact anyone higher. I will never step back into that store again. All I wanted was a different dress as the one I had on layby was for my daughter. Terrible customer service!!

Rude and arrogant – most of the designs look like geriatric clothing. Have bought one or two items and they fell apart on washing - before I even wore them.. operations manager very rude

Atrocious customer service – I purchased a dress and when I went to wear it the next day, noticed there were 3 holes in 2 different areas of the garment. Went to return it the next day and asked for a refund. Was informed I could have a replacement or credit note only - no refund despite the product being faulty. Rude staff, including area and general manager. Do not honour consumer protection laws in place. Will never purchase anything from this store ever again!

No Refunds Allowed! Buyer Beware! – Flower clothing do not allow any refunds for in store purchases, they only allow exchanges or in store credit. This is not stated anywhere in stores and sales attendants do not disclose this information. Not only are they over priced poor quality clothes the customer service needs improvement. Buyer beware!

still wearing the dress I went back into the store - the girls where great, they exchanged the dress without question. When I got the exchange dress home the thread in the seams was looped and poking out so I had to trim those(how long before it falls apart?). I purchased a lovely 3/4 length sleeve striped t-shirt with a beaded white and tan necklace. I had to take the necklace off because it kept sticking to the fabric and pulling the threads. I also bought a denim stretch jacket - no problems - luv it. I lay-byed a grey dress and watermelon coloured jacket. On picking up the lay-by and taking it home, the wrong size had been put in the bag so I had to return It. I was told that there was a 10 day exchange policy. My first response was "from lay-by pick up or from when I lay-byed it?" I was told the lay-by date! The sales assistant was great though, she rang the manager straight away, and allowed me to exchange the dress for the correct size. When I got home I tried the outfit on and found a hole the in the shoulder/sleeve! Cannot win! GREAT STAFF SHAME ABOUT THE QUALITY! I will not be going back. For the price you pay it is extremely poor quality.

of the leg. They looked awful and I was stuck on cruise holiday with no black pants to wear for formal nights.

I took them back to the city store when I got back from my trip only to be told that they would have to be sent to head office for a review. It was obvious that there was a flaw in the pants but they refused to give me a refund.

I eventually got my refund after having to run around wasting my time and putting up with rude staff in head office. No more shopping in this store for me because the quality of the fabrics is now rubbish...........most of the recently purchased Flower clothes I took on the trip have come back looking worn and the long sleeve button front cover up that I wore home on the plane is ruined with little balls over most of the top.

poor customer relations and after sales service. Will NEVER buy from this chain of stores again. Decided not to pursue a formal complaint to Fair Trading as it was all too stressful which I'm sure is what this company banks on.

I went back to the store, and I had to wait a week for a replacement to come from Perth [I am in sydney]. Ok back to the store to pick up replacement. It stayed in the bag until the day of an event I was attending.

I pull it out of the bag, put it on, and wouldn't you know it - there is a pulled thread right across the stomach area - and I had not touch this garment before putting it on [should have checked it, but trusted the store to provide a defect free replacement!].

Took it back to the store, and asked for a refund. The sales staff said that I cannot have a refund, but I can have a credit note. When I pressed for my consumer rights, they said that the only way I could get a refund was to have the garment sent back to Perth, where it would be investigated and if they thought a refund was due, they would send me a cheque!

I took the credit note ... it seemed the least stressful option. With another top, I noticed what looked like somebody had mistakenly cut the fabric at the shoulder, and stitched it back up rather than discard the section. The item is patterned so I did not notice this defect until I had worn the item several times. Very annoying as now I know the defect is there, I feel I can no longer wear the top! The staff are super friendly, although lacking knowledge on consumer rights. I like the style, colour and texture of fabrics. Different from usual retail offerings. too bad about the quality.
