DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Cat mat took a month to arrive and was the wrong colour. Have emailed them three times over the last month and still not heard back. Very disappointed customer. Will not be returning.

 Follow-up  · I ordered a white mat but was sent a blue mat. Still no response from the company so I guess this is now a sunk cost.

Wouldn't refund – I have had the same problem. Ordered pet food in December. Got a initial response saying the food would be held up in shipping for months. I then received an email saying my item had been refunded, but have not received a refund. I've tried to contact them 3 more times and get automated response or nothing. $200.00 I would not trust this business again.

Edit, I contacted the credit company I used to pay for my order with Fluffurry, and they issued my a full refund. The next day Fluffurry replied to a email I sent almost a month ago saying,

"Thank you for your email. We've had a look into the system and it shows that the refund has been processed. Please contact *credit company* if you haven't received the refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

It can only be assumed they were happy to quietly keep my money.

email saying they contact within 24 hrs, which of course they don’t. I’ve initiated a disputed transaction process to formalise what seems to be repetitive poor behaviour.

Scaaaam!!!! – Don't order. This store is a scam!!!! I ordered to this store in February and until now they haven't fully delivered all the items I ordered. I asked for a refund and they never responded to me.

with Australia Post - who were responsive but I am left feeling very dissapointed in this company for what seemed to be very poor customer service.

I haven’t received my order – Haven’t heard back from them about the order I made weeks ago now, the automatic email reply guaranteed a reply within 24 hours and it’s been almost 2 weeks now. I can’t find any info or reviews on this website. May be a new company but not a great start if so
