cover. I got my fusion yesterday and it is 20 mm too long, it now doesn't fit. Someone just called me to say just cut off the cover? no accountability or refund for the cover. I now have to cut off something I paid for or re design my kitchen slide out in my van. Wouldn't recommend.

Disappointing experience – After insulating my single garage door with what I would say is a superior, more expensive and slightly more time consuming product to install I opted to try Foam Sales product on the double garage door. similar/same net result.... which is reducing the heat or cold radiating from the garage door. I placed the order online without a hitch and the product arrived 4 weeks later which was roughly what I was told to expect. To my dismay the polystyrene panels were only "protected" by a few layers of plastic wrap for the long journey from Perth to the East coast of Australia. Needless to say, every single panel was damaged in some way, some worse than others. After removing the panels from the "packaging" I picked one at random and held it up to the garage door for size and I found it didn't match any of the panels, it was too long. I check all the panels for size and found that out of the 16 panels, 8 were cut 3mm too short and 8 were cut 100mm too long. Amazingly the height of all the panels was somehow correct. Luckily, I was able to cut all the long panels down to fit the longer sections of the door and all the short panels to fit the shorter sections otherwise I would have had an ugly installation with 3mm gaps everywhere. Again, luckily, I was able to orient the foam in such a way so that there was no visible damage showing. Another thing of note is that 1 week after installation there is still a fairly strong chemical smell emitting from the foam which I assume will dissipate eventually. If the panels were only cut correctly in the first place and packaged with at least one layer of cardboard to protect the edges before wrapping this story would be a much happier one instead of one of pure relief that I managed to achieve a satisfactory result. As far as the performance of the product goes, yes it does (in my case) reduce the temperature of the garage substantially since the door faces due East and collects hours of morning sun. The more expensive panels I installed in the single door do perform better, don't smell, look better but they are almost twice the price and don't come in custom sizes (Not that that mattered for me in this instance!). Proof of the incorrect measurements, damage to the foam and completed installation can be seen in the pictures.
