A bit flimsy/cheap. Not at all happy – I returned this watch as I was not at all happy with it. The glass crystal, that covers the face of the watch, was plastic and very thin at that. It flexed when touched and seemed as if it would break. The metal watch cover/door was also very thin too. Overall, the whole watch felt very cheaply made. I was quite disappointed. The return went smoothly enough. I would have liked a little more information during the process, but at the end of the day I did get my money back.

Poor quality – Purchased watch from company as happy to support Australian shop. Item advertised as heirloom quality. I doubt it will last 6 months of standard use. Mechanism is jumpy. Doubt it will tell time accurately. Not worth $99
