If I could give 0 stars, I would – Purchased clothes in March, arrived in April. The sizing runs small so had to return everything (except one item that was a sale item so no return available). Initiated a return the day the package arrived and was told to wait up to 2 weeks for a shipping label to be emailed to me. Fast forward to end of June, after multiple phone calls and chats finally the manager forced emailed me a return shipping label. I returned the goods straight away, F21 confirmed they arrived in early July. It's now the end of October and I am still waiting for the refund to enter my account. They claim their system has processed and sent the refund but I still don't have it. I am now being ignored by their poor customer service team and have contacted the Chinese version if the ACCC, hoping they will be able to help. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Shocking customer service – Placed an order on this site and made payment through PayPal. The order was not processed and after numerous emails I still have had no reply and no refund. I would not recommend this site as I am unable to make contact. As an online shopper I can honestly say this is the worst I have dealt with.
