also give you the option of a whisky so the decanter suppose to arrive full of whisky. They never sent me the shipping, when I complained, they told me that they had a delay, finally after one month the decanter arrived. The bottle didn’t have whisky and they sent me a cheap bottle with a cheap lid and a cheap sticker on it. The decanter that I choose was a bottle made with a sort of glass art and a crown lid. I was furious and I asked for my full refund, I said that I was more than happy to send it back. They said that I have to pay the shipping back, of course I didn’t accept that and after an exchange of many email for about 2 weeks finally I got tired so they force me to keep the cheap bottle and gave me just a partial refund that they wanted to give me. Really, avoid to have a frustrating experience and waste your time. This guys answer you messages but they are expecting that you don’t complain and if you do it, they are not going to give you the full refund. For me this is a scam too.

Ordered a wooden hollow Easter egg for my granddaughter. It arrived and it was cheap plastic no wood to be seen. Also damaged paint work on the side. The product was falsely advertised not as stated and damaged. They have offered 20 % refund. I have refused this as the product was nowhere near what was advertised and I am demanding full refund. I have not heard back from them as yet. I would not buy anything from this company again.

a toy safe matte sealant. The inside and top half of the egg is left in its raw state and therefore wood grains / knots may be visible. Beech wood is a beautifully grained wood and each is unique so wood patterns/lines will not be considered a fault.

Egg delivered was plastic, name was not engraved (plastic sticker) and also the wrong colour. Was in a plastic bag not muslin cotton bag as stated on the website.

Very disappointed and seeking a FULL refund for an incorrectly described item. False advertising!

Bad quality, don't honour guarantee – I ordered the raven phone case, this is what I got. They refused to replace or refund in full (despite it obviously being a printing error) telling me the best they can do is a 20% refund. Don't use these guys, absolute rip off – Ordered a set of "red wine earrings through these guys, waited longer than quoted for the delivery and found them to be nothing more than painted or ticketed roughly cut out plastic sheet, absolutely nothing like their photos. Contacted them with website photos and actual, chalk and cheese, only for them to come back with a " nothing wrong with them". Absolutely rip off. DONT NOT USE.
