Excellent service installing 13 kW solar (30 panels) on our tiled roof, and a 10kW inverter, ready for a future 10kw battery when rebates are finalised. Phil initially came to see our property, and is easy to deal with, and not at all pushy. The two-man team of installers were professional and worked hard to complete the job in less than two days. I decided to undertake the daunting challenge of getting solar panels installed. I had delayed for many years due to shading from a double storey house next door. Honesty because the other companies promised to lock in my STC at this years rates (2024) if I booked before the end of the year as the STC reduces each year. This turned out to be BS as STCs cannot be booked in advance, they are issued post installation which was to be 2025. What the other companies did was offer was 2024 STCs rates at a reduced price instead of giving me the full value of the STCs. This was sneaky. Phil gave me full value of the STCs at 2025 rates which in fact worked out to be more than what the other companies were offering anyway. This was a big plus for me as I despise underhand sales tactics.

The product Phil offered me were excellent quality so I booked him in. Come installation day the installers were excellent. Job completed in about 4 hours all neat and tidy. System installed and working well.

In short, Formula Sun are an honest company, offer great value, quality products, excellent communication and knowledge. I am very happy I chose Formula Sun and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to install a solar system.

All round excellence – Glad I didn't go with the big companies but found Phil and his local team. Not pushy, spent lots of his time answering my many questions, came around and discussed the job thoroughly. Turned up on time, cleaned up, nice fellas who know their trade. Great service in Ellenbrook – We used this company and were very happy.
