Missed taking portrait photo for my son – My son attended school both days, got the credit note that he was absent. They have group photo but Staff don't know the reason why portrait photo had not been taken for him. I was expecting a group photo delivered as compensate and use the credit note next year. But No compensation if this kind error happen from staff. Show details
Cost and privacy issue – I was shocked that a photo was taken without permission in this day and age of privacy laws, so I checked it out and found it is legal. I did not intend to purchase due to the cost, and I can take a photo of the child anytime I like on my phone, but the marketing is very clever because they use this as the emotional lever to ensure that a… Read more
purchase is made. I would have preferred a class photo with all the children in one shot, but no there is now a student book available which doesn't quite cut it as far as I'm concerned.
Amazing Products for money! – It's crazy to see how far Fotoworks has come over the years. The money you pay for the product you receive is outstanding! Fotoworks has started printing all of the images in house themselves now. I cant even imagine the amount of time and work gone into setting up your own lab and producing amazing prints and work. Well done Fotoworks! I love seeing companies like this that take on so much, do so well.
What’s wrong with school photographs packages? – First and foremost, fotoworks is the sole provider for our school, years in years out. It’s 2023, and the photo package pricing is out of our mind! It was $25 two years ago , and it’s $50 this years for the same package! What’s going on with you fotoworks?

We are a low income family but every parent wants a record of their child at school. I find Fotoworks prices expensive and am surprised that they have an absolute monopoly leaving the average parent without any alternative other than to accept their pricing. … Read more
Cash is a scarce commodity and it was the final straw to find that there is a 3% surcharge on online orders. The photos are expensive enough! In the small print there is mention of a 1.5% Credit Card surcharge and mention of an undisclosed Admin surcharge. Only at check out do you find that you've been done for 3%.
Imagine other online stores all adding an extra 3% because you made an online purchase.
