TERRIBLE for ordering mugs - do not do! They do not include protective packaging. I ordered a mug, paid express. has arrived smashed. I have had so many breakables delivered, this is the only company who does not package appropriately. On top of that, you can't get through to a person - it's all AI. So, no contact to rectify. It's a joke. Save your money and order elsewhere.

Eventually arrived on Sept 2nd!!!
I paid more than the cost of the card for moonpig guaranteed delivery. The delivery was advised it was going to be late and no offer of postage refund was offered for failing the guarantee. However the card did arrive as it was supposed to. So I'm happy with the service but a bit worried that the guarantee was advised that it is no guarantee.
I've been using Moonpig for my special cards for years now. I can always find an appropriate format. I especially love the large format with mulitple photos for milestone birthdays of my mates. The wrong card was sent to my daughter … disappointing that she didn’t get a card on her birthday. Moonpig offered to resend a card which would have arrived too late so I asked to be refunded … I thought it would be a nice gesture to send a card as well but no not possible. I’ve been using the Moonpig Australia app for six months. I have purchased a variety of Birthday, Anniversary and Thank You cards. I have uploaded photos for some of these and had cards sent to me and to other recipients. I found the app easy to use, the service fast and the quality of the cards excellent. I usually use Moonpig Australia for my family in Australia at least a couple times a year for various family members (I'm in the uk) and had no problems. But his year I ordered a gift that I think was genuinely mislabeled. Because it was "perishable" Moonpig wouldn't take it as a return which is fair enough - but it felt like a kick in the teeth… Read more

Would you say this clearly states "liquorice"?

Follow-up · Have to admit i have not used moonpig for recent birthdays... not sure why...a bit slack on my part as other cards are not a patch... Delivery has been exceptional...i have not experience the mobile option... due to not using the cards recently I've not been up with new features...

The Postage options are not helpful, the postage said $2.70 but when I paid I was actually charge $12.80 tracked. Immediately contacted Moonpig to be told once payment is made it can’t be changed. You should have the cheapest option available as the default and then be able to change it. The postage has cost more than the card

The idea is fabulous in theory but if you want say a 70th birthday card for a female with the option to add a photo they show you about 200 cards where only about 6 have what you are looking for!! It takes some time to look through them all. If you do find what you are looking for they do come out really well. Its just incredibly time consuming for some particular cards. To make matters worse, the online customer service team were absolutely no help. There was no solution offered, no accountability taken, and no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. Online it stated guarantee chosen day delivery or credit back!
Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend paying extra for delivery — it clearly doesn’t guarantee anything.
