sent a card via email...shocking..it didn't even look like a card just a rough word page. Looks shocking should have done it on Canva . Never again..and you can't reach the company anyway

I paid more than the cost of the card for moonpig guaranteed delivery. The delivery was advised it was going to be late and no offer of postage refund was offered for failing the guarantee. However the card did arrive as it was supposed to. So I'm happy with the service but a bit worried that the guarantee was advised that it is no guarantee.

The wrong card was sent to my daughter … disappointing that she didn’t get a card on her birthday. Moonpig offered to resend a card which would have arrived too late so I asked to be refunded … I thought it would be a nice gesture to send a card as well but no not possible. My first time using moonpig- I won’t use them again.

I’ve been using the Moonpig Australia app for six months. I have purchased a variety of Birthday, Anniversary and Thank You cards. I have uploaded photos for some of these and had cards sent to me and to other recipients. I found the app easy to use, the service fast and the quality of the cards excellent. I usually use Moonpig Australia for my family in Australia at least a couple times a year for various family members (I'm in the uk) and had no problems. But his year I ordered a gift that I think was genuinely mislabeled. Because it was "perishable" Moonpig wouldn't take it as a return which is fair enough - but it felt like a kick in the teeth… Read more

Would you say this clearly states "liquorice"?

I know a few quid a year means nothing to them in the long run but loyal customer lost unfortunately.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Once they know you have issues they say they contact you & they never do. Steer clear. Go somewhere else. 2 cards - 4 weeks of back n forth. No reaokution& no undamaged card to gift.

I am updating my review to 5 stars as I now realise that the delivery problem was not due to Moonpig. I had thought Moonpig failed to deliver the cards .. I have since been advised that there was a problem with the address used and so delivery of the cards was delayed. Show reply

there's a difference between a "reminder email" and a "discount reminder email", which is of course not mentioned in their promo info. I won't trust a business that engages in such deliberately misleading conduct, so I cannot recommend their service.
