The Fountain Store- Avoid the risk – Bought 3x garden statue ( lady with butterfly). Two arrived wrapped without issue. The third statue arrived with arm of statue snapped off. Tried to contact seller-asked for photos-would not supply mobile phone as it was easier for me to send pics-answer no. Found way to send and was told that he would not replace and accused me of purposely dropping statue and would not replace. Box was not damaged, so could not have been dropped. Stated that he has never had issues with damaged goods and that I must have dropped item and damaged it myself. This item arrived damaged and was never dropped by my-self. Proprietor has refused to replace damaged goods at cost of $159-99 to my-self. so now I don't have 3 statues, I have lost $159-00 and am accused of ying

get your facts right before you acuse me – Dani...you don't seem to have your facts right. No one came to our place, no one left a note, no one called..there was NO CONTACT AT ALL. We were at home all day waiting for the product to arrive, but there was no delivery. I have every right to be upset and angry because when I pay for delivery I expect delivery

The Fountain Store - BUYER BEWARE – We purchased the Vista Natural Wall Water Feature unit in November 2022, from the Fountain Store for $1300.00. As this was a newly build property, it was very difficult getting the landscaping Company in December 2002, as it was a combination of their work schedule, their Christmas break and New Year holidays into January 2023. The landscaping work together with the New Vista Natural Wall Water Feature were all finally completed at the end of January 2023. Since November/December 2023, we noted the plastic foliage that was glued on to the structure of the Natural Wall Water Feature was slowly becoming unglued, the plastic greenery had gradually faded and become very brittle, this made it difficult to handle as it kept disintegrating, while glueing back onto the fiberglass artificial rock wall. It certainly appeared that the green foliage was not UV treated making it unsuitable for use outdoors in the hot sun. As for the once dark colour finish of the Natural Wall feature, that too kept gradually fading and now has a light grey concrete colour finish.

Following the December Christmas/New Year 2023 break, I contacted [Name Removed] at The Fountain Store on the 15th January 2024, requesting replacement of ALL the plastic plants/flowers that were supplied with the Vista Natural Wall Water Feature, and that I was happy to purchase a better quality glue that can be used for this specific job, so that the new replacement plants etc., do not fall off. [Name Removed] told me that “We offer 1 year warranty on all electrical parts including lights, pump as well as the fountain paint”, and that “Plastics artificial plants are just a superficial part that is not part of the warranty”.

My response to [Name Removed] was “you perceive the plastic artificial plants to be just a cosmetic/window dressing in order to sell your very expensive Water Falls”, hence there was no warranty on this item.

When I told [Name Removed] about the gradually fading Natural Wall that now has a pale grey concrete colour finish, his response was “The warranty is for 1 year, there’s nothing wrong with your fountain body paint and it is out of warranty. I can ask the supplier to suggest a suitable paint and advise cost and when can be supplied”. The unit was installed by the landscaper end of January 2023.

We are totally disappointed with [Name Removed] by his lack of providing/understanding of Good Customer Service, Professionalism, abdication of his Company’s responsibilities, and will certainly not be doing any more business with The Fountain Store.
