had vanished off the face of the earth - no website, no email, nothing.... Do NOT order from this company. They took my money and then disappeared.
Reliable supplier - Product as per specs – We have received ordered product as per specs, in good working conditions. There have been a short-term breakdown in communication as we couldn't track the product through the international post - with the tracking details supplied by the shipper. However a few days later the product arrived - there might have been delays at Australian customs. Other than that - good product, meeting our requirements and the specs of what's been ordered. "In stock" product hadn't shipped after 2 weeks... no communication – Contact details (WhatsApp) on website don't exist with WhatsApp. Shipping address map shows French street. Haven't processed an order after more than 2 weeks for "in-stock" item. Show details
Sent Faulty battery – The battery shipped was faulty and would cause the computer to lose all power randomly. When I tried contacting them they never replied. I tried 3 times and they never got in touch. Scam.
Product hasn't arrived and they told me to chase up where it is! – Ordered a lenova battery and was told it would be delivered in about a weeks time. 3 weeks later I have no idea where it is and when I asked them where it is they replied here is the tracking number follow it up yourself. So much for customer service and so much for fixing my laptop quickly..which is the reason I purchased the battery from them
Excellent Service – I had no trouble finding a new battery on the website for my Lenovo Tablet The battery arrived exactly as ordered in good condition and good time. I would not hesitate to use Fox Batteries again. David Show details
