I recently purchased a Zeppelin slim frame & an enlarged print of one of my photos from Framefox. I am very happy with the quality, service, follow up email from George & love the code provided to scan with instructions on how to mount & hang, very nice touch. As a keen amateur photographer I will be buying more in due course to house some of my work. Thank you Framefox
I don't go anywhere else. The quality of the frames are excellent and generally about $20 cheaper than local framing shop for a large frame. I've framed quite a few of our child's paintings and they've been spot on every time.

couriers because they're absolutely hopeless. They delivered one of the frames to the wrong address AND smashed up the contents. But Framefox's handling of the issue was flawless.
Beautiful frames – Was looking for a company to print all my professional photos and came across framefox. I couldn’t find any recent reviews but took a chance and so glad I did. Prints came out beautifully and look wonderful hanging in my home. Frames are great quality! Will purchase again

order they ask for you to confirm via email just in case you got that one measurement wrong and within a few days the order is made to measure. The item is shipped via Australia Post Express with Fragile wrapped around it. We received our orders within 5 business days of ordering which is acceptable for something not mass produced.
The frames are light, robust and very high level of finish on them. When mine arrived it has an imperfection on the frame edge. I contacted their support with a photo and they gave advice it was simply glue and to wipe it away with a damp cloth. Voila - issue solved. The team were prompt with their replies and helpful in solving the solution. Further, they were primed to replace the entire frame as they saw this as unacceptable to deliver to the customer. Great to see. They do prefer to use the corner hanging method. Not something I am super familiar with but again that is my issue. The frame comes with two brackets installed and the hardware to hang the frame.
From a price point they are much more expensive than other frames available from major retailers like Officeworks, Big W and IKEA. But finish and feel is definitely higher than your traditional frame. Highly recommended for those pictures were you want to invest a little more into the presentation of.
