Very unprofessional, never again! – Frampton Builders I am very unimpressed with [name removed], our carpenter from Frampton Builders. The job was to install timber ceilings but ended up with him heatedly arguing and not completing the job. There was hidden costs, told to me direct he would come out next week to complete then but then advised by email that a call out fee of $330… Read more

to install last moulding. No variation notice of such work and as we had already paid for the install in labour costs this was not acceptable.

He said it was $66 an hour and it would take him 4 hours, when asked how he got to $330, there was no answer!!!

Fault in ceiling not connected together correctly and told wood issue, this wasn't the case, it was incorrectly installed.

No consideration or respect for fellow tradesman, he didn't cut out mark or transfer any fan/lighting locations as he installed the ceiling which would have taken seconds, just covered them up and that upset other tradies and caused arguments between him and tradies onsite. That was very uncomfortable.

He didn't clean up the site when he left and didn't return to clean when asked.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, it was very unprofessional, unacceptable poor tradesmanship, non customer satisfaction and a very stressful experience.
