Held My Money, Never Shipped Item – I ordered an Elite controller, which they never shipped and held my money even for a week after a Paypal dispute. They kept pushing back the date with no email to let us know anything. Terrible customer service, some of the worst. Avoid.

Will Avoid In Future – Made a pre-order with these guys; constant delays with little to no information supplied from the store. I was constantly following them up. Called again only to find out my pre-order had been delayed by over a month, yet again. I then find out that someone else who had made a pre-order, for the same product, AFTER I had placed my order, had their item in the mail to them. Safe to say I cancelled my order. I will never recommend these guys.

Great price and speed – Just ordered a G920 wheel for two thirds the price I'd pay in store. Only thing that stopped a 5 was my tracking didn't update. Will be using this company again.

forever. Today is the 10th calendar day that I am not receiving the item. They apparently do not care about your time. Of course, they have a tracking system and they may ship some of the items from overseas, but they promised on their page to deliver items at most after 6 working days.

I suggest avoiding this store if you need your items urgently.
