Have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with FreightSafe on more than one occasion. instrument that was very obviously damaged in transit. On one instance where we did get a result from a claim, FreightSafe made up their own figures and only gave a third of the agreed insured amount. How this company can still be in business is not only astounding but a genuine worry. We are now in a second official complaint with AFCA (ombudsman). We will never be dealing with them again under any circumstances.

DO NOT USE – Absolute joke of a company. Aramex use this claims department when they lose your parcel. You send in a copy of the cost price of the product to which they are supposed to reinstate the funds into your bank account, but they only send you 35% off it. FreightSafe - the worst insurance company, "FreightSafe"- NOT SAFE! – "FreightSafe" - the worst insurance company! Their insurance never fully cover your lose, they may only pay you 35% of your parcel value, and take 3 to ??? months to settle your claims. Show details
they play games but not for long as they made a big blunder, foi will be involved – received an email from them they claim to be fast way aka turtle ways insurance. responded to them with what was lost and got an auto generated email they received it. that sent the email the so called manager/ more immersible. noticed they sent the incorrect tracking number for the lost item lucky we picked up on it , but these guys need to be raked which is why we are taking this further to FOI as dodgy insurance companies that operate this way need to be investigated. They will have more of a shock as we sent the item with mailman who contracts fast way who are far from fast, we do not deal with fast way directly we ho through officeworks who are the ones who use turtle way, no one who uses mailman has any obligations with fast way as they claim, only those with a fast way account would have obligations to them, and the every day person who sends a few parcels a week through office works and they go missing then its officeworks we need to call. i find it strange this company states 1 thing to 1 person another thing to another. well i have news for them as there carriers have lost 6 parcels in 9 days we have tried tracking down but they still cant find them, and 2 parcels have items that are irreplaceable which i say courts will be the way for them items. Between them officeworks and there carriers there as thick as thieves bet there xmas tree has plenty under them already especially when we have there driver's on digital recordings exchanging parcels to 1 another on the side of the road yet officeworks doesn't care nor does fastway or freightsafe, they think they can get away with it well to all those at lose call your local consumer affairs to start with as fast way mailman are in breach of the act in Victoria section 60 and 62 and then call Accc and FOI financial ombudsman office lodge a claim with them, then see these rats squeal. they are far from freightsafe there just as bigger liars as mailman
Stitched up by contract – Freightsafe is Officeworks postage service. This is not Officeworks problem. Officeworks did everything they could to facilitate finding this parcel. even refund the money for postage!!! How bad is that??? Officeworks have been great getting them on the phone because it is hours wait sometimes. But don't send anything valuable with them like paperwoirk you can't replace without doing another FOI search. Because they knew I was in this position and refused to help with funds for the second FOI application. I enclose their Without prejudice letter. I believe Fox is in charge of this organisation. You know now who is responsible!!!
