sessions completed on the day were included in the 8 session. What a muppet! Why would you think 8 additional sessions would include the one already paid for and completed.

Anyway on the completion of our 6/8 sessions. The team insisted we had completed 8. This was obviously incorrect, and why would they had created such a negative experience after such a wonderful experience. Be aware as buyers to always keep records with Freskin Chatswood Chase. They keep talking over you in the store and do not accept reason. They kept insisted 3 times that we were wrong. Until it got really annoying in the store.

We even questioned why would you have given the 2nd treatment to us for free in advance? It did not make logical transactional sense. I asked for a refund of our remaining 2 sessions, and was thankful that they said they would refer to manager and the girl who booked us in. Offering us credit of 2 sessions, whilst they investigated.

After leaving the store I received a call from their manager apologising for their error, and that they had processed 2nd booking on my wife's mobile and the 8 additional sessions on my mobile.This created confusion for their staff in the store, and mistook my mobile for a new client, and subtracted the 2nd session on my mobile account. Again, why would they have provided the 2nd session for free before receiving payment. So our 2 credits, magically vanished into our existing 2 remaining sessions.

This article isn't to give them a bad review. However, to make other customers aware of the hole in their system. The shady post treatment sales made for a cheap feeling in their management. Ensure, if you buy a bundle of sessions that you keep a record of your actual sessions, as their system is not capable of managing their own clients on their 'own' database. Keep your records and hold them accountable for their misunderstandings.

I can't imagine how many other clients, have thought how pleasant their experience was and just didn't think to question them. Do not take their crap or staff talking over you in the store. This experience has damaged our trust on Freskin Chatswood Chase. Unfortunate, we have to keep records ourself, as they cannot manage their own records.
