Frontline Plumbing

My husband and I were disappointed with the service provided by Frontline Plumbing in Wangara. Safety Practices: On the day, two plumbers attended to fix copper piping. One was wearing thongs on the worksite and said he was the owner’s father there to supervise. However, he was often on his mobile phone. We were concerned this was unsafe and could risk injury on our property.

Professionalism: The job was straightforward and could have been handled by one plumber. It appeared the working plumber might have been an apprentice.

Attention to Detail: After the work was completed, the water system was not tested. Because the job involved both hot and cold water pipes, sand entered the hot water lines, causing our gas heater (mixer) to stop working and clogging some tap filters. My husband spent hours fixing these issues after they left.

Billing: Although they were on-site for less than one hour, we were charged for three hours of labour. We feel this was not fair value for the service provided.
