Poor Service quality - louse communication – Very poor service. Serviceman did not check the compressor on one of our air conditioners which was the cause of black mould gathering in the unit. No proper safety switch was installed on both air conditioners which was not picked up. Compressor showing d3 message meant unit needed gassing which was not identified and after all that when a request was made by text, email and phone call, no follow up was executed - communication abyssmal.
