My 2 year old $3000 machine stopped working 11 days ago, contacted Fuji, 3 vistis from technicians, been handballed from one staff member to another, been lied to, constantly told the issue would be rectified and printer still not operational. Staff will either not respond or if they do, blame someone else instead of just taking action to fix the… Read more
issue. The whole experienced has been emotionally draining as well as having an adverse affect on my business. The most unprofessional and incompetent organisation I have had to deal with - be warned!

This entire saga has taken nearly 3 weeks and a lot of my time! Very frustrating...
