This works – I found this product did work after trying an all natural product which didn't. You put it on for 10minutes then brush their hair with the special comb provided. You must repeat after I think about 7 days....It leaves a VERY oily residue after washing it but I would rather my kids have that then head lice. The second time I washed their hair the oiliness did come out. The smell wasn't to harsh either. It worked Very oily residule left in their hair after washing it the first time.

Ok product – It is super fast at killing the lice. not so great at getting the eggs out. but it leaves an oily residue in your hair after washing the product out. it doesnt small so pleasant either. i would use it again bit you really have to closely inspect the hair to remove all the eggs left behind. Works fast Oily hair and long lasting odour from the product.
