Cheap items. Do not buy! – I really wish I saw the first review before I placed my order just before christmas. The instagram ad seemed good and the now obviously fake reviews on their website. I first got suspicious when I saw the email address the confirmation email was sent from. Then when my Australia Post app updated and had a completely random sender name I felt I had been scammed. Screenshots of both are attached to my review.

I finally got my item today and the item was wrapped in packaging that items from Wish/Tumu are usually shipped in. The cooling mat and the freebie where also then wrapped in cheap plastic like these purchases usually are.

The mat is incredibly thin and made of cheap material. Its not cooling for my dog and she slipped on it when she first stood on it. So much for non-slip.

Clearly not based on the Gold Coast as they claim. Im also in QLD and the package took far too long to arrive. The item has a made in china label, the Australia Post app had a Chinese name as the sender and the packaging mirrors that of Wish/Tumu.

Absolutely ripped off. Do not buy. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Do not shop with these people – I saw this company advertising on Instagram and thought yes my dog could do with a cooling mat and the bonus was a FREE GIFT worth $30 if I purchased the mat, which I did. This company is based in Queensland Australia however they do not keep the stock in Australia that they were advertising and it had to come from China, so 2 weeks later my order arrived and to my disgust the cooling mat does NOT have the cooling gel inside it and it feels like nylon based which after a while it gets hot and the FREE GIFT to the value of $30 is nothing more than a $5 TEMU item and they claim its worth $30 and they also admitted that it is a TEMU item, and I'm guessing the cooling mat is also a TEMU item which would not be worth what they charged me for it and yet this Queensland business is likely selling TEMU items under their business name. I am providing pics below, and advise you not to shop with these people, their ad is deceiving and when I complained to the store via email she said sorry for the confusion, like it's me getting confused about what's on offer, when in fact it's not me being confused its them not being truthful in their ad and also the free gift of a dog water bowl worth $5 from TEMU is not a $30 value and who sends a plastic folding water bowl as a free gift anyway for a dog I though it would have been a toy.

Totally unhappy that I am $50 out of pocket now and chasing my full refund because it also states on their website, if your not totally happy with your purchase we will refund in full within 30 days, my item arrived yesterday so I would hope the 30 days starts from then and NOT 30 days from the day I purchased because that was 2 weeks ago now and that will leave them 2 weeks to refund, and as far as the refund goes, well they refunded me via PayPal but in the form of an E-CHEQUE, I called PayPal to see what a E-CHEQUE was and they told me it's sent when a business has NO MONEY IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT to refund, so basically it's a digital cheque that bounces, pic below proving this as PayPal emailed me in the early hours of this morning to tell me the refund had FAILED.
