Colour of the product significantly different – Bought the urban geo table on their eBay shop. When I receive it the colour is totally different from their photos. Refuse responsibility. Claim through PayPal and granted. Worst eBay experience!

Customer Service gone bad – A week after ordering I had to contact Furniture Fetish to find out when my order would be delivered. outcome to their investigation a week later) that I had damaged the chair myself. Furniture Fetish offered no further explanation or next steps.

When I expressed my disappointment at this response and shock at the accusation Furniture Fetish took zero responsibility and handballed the fault of this response to their supplier. Finally, when I picked up the phone and spoken to them, they quickly agreed to send out a new pod.

Two weeks later, I was still being told that they were waiting for a driver to be 'in my area'. As I live in central Brisbane, I did find it difficult to believe that deliveries from Nerang to Brisbane would be rare. At no point during this two weeks was I provided an update, all communication was initiated by me.

Finally, after applying further pressure I was given a delivery time and I have thankfully now recieved the item I ordered. Sadly, even on finally getting what I ordered, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth when the delivery driver wisely decided to offer the following advice: "this time, don't use scissers or a knife to open it". This was the perfect opportunity to show him how the item was packed - requiring only a snip of the string to allow me to unthread and remove the wrapping without any need to put a knife or scissors anywhere near the product itself. His response? 'Oh'.

Great job Furniture Fetish and All Shapes and Sizes Furniture removals. By trade, I am a Customer Service Trainer and Manager and you have become my new 'bad experience' example. Had you provided a quick solution I would have been a happy promoter of your business, not the strong detractor I am today.

Excellent personable customer service – I found Furniture Fetish to be extremely responsive to my enquiry and the service provided went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend the egg chair that we purchased and the company.

delivery was fantastic and a real credit to the company. He phoned & texted me to negotiate my delivery day/time, maintained communication to let me know he wasn’t too far away from my home & delivered it to my door-which is really difficult because parking is very scarce and unfortunately he had to carry it up 5 flights of stairs as I live on the top floor of an apartment block. Prior to this purchase, I had actually purchased a dining table from another company and I cancelled the order because they wouldn’t deliver to my door and were planning on just leaving it at the front of the apartment block when I wasn’t home...their loss, Furniture Fetish’s gain. The other reason for the 5 star rating is because I was able to purchase via Zip money-which allows me to manage my budget better.

Great Service. Swedish replica bar stools at a fabulous price, but somewhat short on quality – Furniture Fetish delivery was fast and service overall was just great. such - they are about one-quarter of the price of Swedish-made ones) assembly seems to be done in Australia, seats being fitted by somebody with a lack of attention to detail - screws were odd sizes and variously (not properly) tightened; the "feet" are strips of neoprene glued on with black glue - sit on the stools first time and you end up with sticky black skid marks on your floor tiles; foot rests were not always tight - probably knocked loose by the same person who fitted the seat to the stool. All easily fixed by re-tightening screws, adding some glue to the foot rests, and fitting some non-scratch pads to the bottoms of the legs. Unfortunately this took an hour or so to fix, which is not really good enough for items furniture that are new and out of the box.

Love my new chairs – got some oslo roxy chairs from Furniture Fetish last week. Very happy. Order arrived very quickly and the quality of the chairs are second to none.

Good prices, service and delivery – I purchased a Scandinavian style sideboard and it arrived on my doorstep three days later (to Sydney). Not only did it arrive quickly but I saw the same item in a shop in Sydney for $100 more.

Great customer service – Such a great experience! The customer service was excellent and the products are excellent. Even when I changed my mind, the service I received to find a replacement was excellent.

Fabulous Service!! – I ordered a replica table on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered, in perfect condition on Wednesday morning. From Nerang on the Gold Coast to my door on the Central Coast of NSW overnight! I will certainly be buying from Furniture Fetish in the future and also be telling my friends to check them out before buying elsewhere. Products and prices are very competitive - even with the delivery coast added in.

answer. While they were blaming the delivery company which they had organised, they offered $50 to repair the unrepairable tabletop or send it back for a replacement at our cost. The boxes of the furniture were in a perfect condition - not possible for a tabletop to be damaged in such ways. I obtained a delivery price to send it back and it was around $110 mark. Very disappointed with Furniture Fetish. Not an easy company to deal with. The representatives did not even bother to make a phone call to consolidate - they are arrogant.

Didn't even know there was replica furniture on the Gold Coast – Found this company by accident just before ordering furniture from Melbourne. Their products and prices are great, purchase a table and 2 balls chairs that I am very happy with. Look forward to FF increasing their range as it's quite small at the moment. Quality Cheap and Great Service Didn't know about this earlier otherwise could have saved some $$$$
