Delivered wrong mattress and won't take it back – Ordered bunk bed with same mattresses for top (single) and bottom (double). Delivered different brand for top and insist the one sent out is better. No apology and agent and manager are equally rude. The said no return, advised to email customer support and see if they can help. Show details
Dodgy – Ordered a bed suite online, when I received the bed they sent a wrong bed. Spoken to the manager and he told me the bed I ordered they don't have it in stock. So if you don't have it in stock why sent a completely different one. Very dodgy. Not recommended.
Furniture galore – I ordered online using afterpay for payment. I ordered a bookcase. I got a call from them a day later saying my order will be ready to pick up from dandenong store in a couple of days. I called the dandenong store on the day I need to pick it up. I got a call back 10 mins later offering me free delivery for the stuff up It was delivered in a couple of days. Customer service was excellent. I'm very happy with their service.
Awful service, Avoid at all costs!! – We ordered this Nikee Etegere (online order #15518) the delivery of which was delayed by 5 days pending the arrival of its x3 glass shelves. It was then delivered by lousy delivery service who would flatly refuse to get it out of the gigantic protective wooden cage they had it in during transport, stating that they would charge me "assembly fees"… Read more
just to get it out of that cage, although there is NO ASSEMBLY involved. Worse even, once they left, I opened up the carefully wrapped glass shelves, to find that there were only 2 instead of 3 shelves supplied, both of which had almost identical chips on the corners (I then realized that these were NOT the original shelves and that they had to get someone to cut cheap glass pieces up to make them fit ...lousy job) !!
I then contacted their Epping head office manager in Melbourne who initially appeared to be working to fix the issue genuinely, but then all that we got was unfulfilled promises of getting this fixed up, so much so, they kept ignoring our emails and phone calls, both to his mobile and land line, despite the fact that we left numerous voice message requesting a fix to the problem!! They were very quick in taking the money online including delivery fees, just to deliver a faulty product. Will take this further to the consumer affairs if we don't hear back from them soon.
Very disappointed and would never recommend them to my worst enemies.. stay away guys !!
Delayed delivery – I purchased a single bed mattress from the Preston store online. Didn't hear from the store until a week AFTER I placed my order, to be told I'd have to wait an additional 3 days for delivery to a suburb half an hour away from the store. organised someone to pick up the mattress for me and paid them less than what I forked out for delivery.
Their website is also very hard to navigate when trying to purchase items. I also had lots of trouble understanding the delivery driver over the phone as he spoke very fast and had a very thick accent, however the item was delivered early in the day which I do appreciate.
Overall I am happy with the mattress, just not with the delivery time frame.
