I had a wonderful experience with Furnitureone, the service was excellent and they had a wide variety of mattresses and other bedroom furniture that I was browsing. I ended up purchasing a bed at a reasonable price. Thanks to the Camden store for a wonderful experience!

I GIVE FURNITURE ONE, Orange, a 5 star for their commitment to their customers. Very expensive Bed Master Esperance queen mattress failed just short of 2 year period. Bed Master company in Melbourne took 3 attempts at repair/replacement. They failed to resolve issue on first attempt, second attempt sent back a banana shapped mattress which was truly unbelieveable which was supposed to be a new mattress and did not sit on the base at all due to it's mis-shapen banana shape , then third attempt still no repairs and only placed a supposed new tag on the end which was torn and written over to hide previous information. Bed was a total failure and claimed new mattress sent however was still the old failed well looked after mattress previously returned. This went on for over 4 long long months. Appalling customer service and would never recommend this company or their products. A big thankyou however to the store where originally purchased from for their constant efforts to assist with this matter and getting a resolution for us without the assistance of this very poor excuse of a company, Bed Master who even refused to speak with me as the customer. AVOID BED MASTER AT ALL COSTS.
Follow-up · The furniture store where we purchased the mattress orginally were fantastic with their communications with us and eventually replaced the mattress with another brand and exceptionally good quality new mattress. Having been a customer previously of Furniture One, I happily recommend this store and staff for their commitment to their customer. On the other hand, BedMaster had refused to replace the very expensive faulty mattress with a new replacement and obviously sent back the old mattress 3 times still in it's failed condition and on one occassion sent the mattress back in the shape of a banana that did not sit on the bed at all. This impacted our sleep significantly causing both my partner and I to have back and hip issues which then affected our daily living. Four long months this went on with Bed Master. Furniture One store in the interim, lent us a mattress to sleep on in between our original mattress been sent back three times to us and then returned to BedMaster. The manufacturer would not speak with me on the phone at all, refusing contact which was very poor form by BedMaster in Melbourne. Bedmaster now have it stated on their warranties, that it is the responsiblity of the purchaser to return the mattress at their own cost for any faulty products so it could be a very expensive exercise. This says it all about this company, Bed Master in not accepting responsbility for their failed product. I would avoid Bed Master at all costs. Furniture One, Orange store were fantastic in their communications with us and eventually replaced the mattress with another brand and an exceptionally good quality new mattress. Sell absolute rubbish, no help after sale – Bought lounge from Furniture One Gunnedah. Broke within 6 months. Owner accused us of breaking it which was a lie, didn't care, wanted me (a single mum) to find a quote to send it back for repair like WTH. He was deliberately stalling, did not give a toss. Made a profit of $2800 I've now donated this piece of rubbish. Despite everyone encouraging to buy from local business DONT. Disgusting.

Dedicated furniture retailer – So I went to furniture 1 to buy some nifty dining room chairs, but after being quoted nearly $600 each for these Norwegian state-of-the-art dining room chairs, I was a little bit shellshocked lo and behold the salesman showed me some dining room chairs which were made in Malaysia, that had a swing mechanism to them, these fitted the bill at $260 a chair
I ordered eight of them straight away
it took about 10 days for the audit the come true but they do will deliver to my house by two very eager young men who were polite and professional
so I recommend furniture one, next door to the Crown hotel in Camden as one of the better furniture shops you can deal with
of course, they only deal in fine furniture, if you want to buy crap go to IKEA or to fantastic furniture
so these guys at furniture 1 do charge the appropriate money for quality that they sell
