mattress in stock and could be delivered with the couch in the same delivery. Delivery was organized within a couple of weeks to our house. Despite all the bad reviews our experience was completely opposite and hassle free.

delivered last Thursday 28/2/25. On the morning it was meant to be delivered the driver called to advise that he can’t locate out 3 seater and single seater lounge. I said thank you to him, hung up and straight away called Jo. Jo said leave it with me. After waiting an hour or so I called back and he said unfortunately we can find your 3 seater but the single is out of stock. He’s words verbatim Maybe just buy the 3 seater then buy an occasional chair to put with it. I’m like no that’s not what we wanted or ordered. Finally decided to obtain a refund which again took back and forth phone calls and refund received. However we are now back to the start of searching to get a new lounge. I thought I would give Jo and his team a second chance and went into his new store in Helensvale and I hoped that Jo would be somewhat professional and come up and apologise, but if course he didn’t. At that point I was cranky and thought bugger you Jo and your cheap furniture so we went to another shop got a lovely lounge and it’s being delivered tomorrow. Please please beware of this company. They are unprofessional and disgusting to deal with. If you want Jo’s number send me a message.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE – Do not buy from this place. Bought furniture in December and was advised that it would be delivered in January. It is already near the end of Feb and still have not heard anything from the delivery. There is no number to call and nobody ever responds to email.

furniture was, but they were deleted. We managed to message via messenger nearer Christmas and requested our dining table for Christmas as we had no furniture due to purchasing our first home here. The reply was dreadful 'Who gets rid of their old table before Christmas'. Never had such shocking service. We eventually received our goods 4 months later after much complaining. We felt constantly lied to with excuse after excuse. Our goods arrived with small chips to the edge of the table and a side unit we also ordered. We haven't even bothered telling them as what is the point?! The terrible service didn't end there as they then tried to deliver the same order again! The delivery even turned up but we were away. Eventually they got the message that we had already received our order. We would never purchase from them again. Cheap furniture...yes, get what you pay for....not always!! I wish I had checked out previous reviews before buying from them.

them advising it was ready for collection. Over one month on, and we still have not received any messages saying we can collect it. With all the emails we have sent, we have only ever received one reply advising they would look in to it. I also like that they don't have a contact phone number to be able to call them on (sarcasm intended).

We made a rookie error on this one and didn't check online reviews prior to purchasing from them. Had we done that I definately WOULD NOT have wasted my time and money.

You should have the option of being allowed to submit with ZERO stars...

up the product cause it was sitting in their storeroom but couldn’t give me an answer as to why it couldn’t get delivered. The couch was just sitting there for weeks and no one bothered to reach out to me. I pick up the couch and they gave me the wrong one so I had to go back in to swap it and i didn’t even get a sorry. deserve 1 star may be in negative. Guy over the phone did not even let me finish just cut my call and invoice clearly saying 150$ but he is saying no there is no amount written on the invoice. I have shared screenshots and it is saying clearly 110$ +40$ assembly so total is 150$ But i don’t know what they trying to achieve.

apologies or anything, just said no stock for the other 1. I asked for refund, they said NO! I was furious. I wish they will be close so they cannot rip more people. Waste of time, money. Up to now, we are still waiting for the remaining furniture.

Wrong mattress – We purchased a mattress from this company, and were given a wrong mattress. They do not have a phone number to call and when emailing, they claim that we got the right mattress. It has now been 2 weeks of back and forth and they are refusing to provide a refund even though they sold us the wrong item. Have sent multiple photos to them showing 2 absolutely different pillow tops. Stay clear! Customer service is non existent. SCAM company.

100% Scammers – Scammers, don't fall for them. I am amazed how they can legally operate. Please don't pay deposit for furniture, rather buy from authentic retailers.

Scammers! Stay away – SCAMMERS! Stay away people. Went to their Mcgregor Brisbane warehouse last month, spent 6k as advised all items will be delivered in 1-2weeks time. Fast forward after a month, receive nothing. Customer service is 0. No phone number to call. Emails unanswered. They blocked me on their socials for following ups. I lost 6k. Bunch of morons. Reported to police and to my bank. They will block you on their Facebook page if you follow up your orders.

WAITING for my recliner, dining table, and king bed.

Despite numerous calls, emails, and messages (all of which I have documented), I’ve received nothing but broken promises. Every time I reach out, I’m told, “It’ll be 2 more weeks.” Twenty weeks later, I’m still left with an empty living room and bedroom.

To anyone considering buying from Furniture Warehouse Supersite – beware! Their customer service is terrible, and the constant delays are beyond unacceptable. They’ll string you along, making it sound like your items are just around the corner, only to keep you waiting indefinitely. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Run! Scammer – Don’t go to their pop up shop! You can’t find them if any quality issues and they will not do any refund!!!! The boss was having a retail in North Lakes but it closed down few months ago! He built up this warehouse and tend to find victims again!

Total Scam – Scammers Stay away. Took money in full in June and we are still waiting for the furniture to be delivered which was in stock at that time ready to be delivered in 8 weeks time. Can someone tell me how to officially complain about this dodgy business.

contribute to the full clean. I have not received the refund and now I am expected to get it cleaned before I receive the reimbursement (i.e. going back on what they undertook to do). I need the reimbursement in order to actually have it cleaned. The inconsistency in words and actions have made it clear that I will not see the refund.

Please also be aware, any unfavourable feedback on the Facebook page is removed and blocked, so it is not an objective page.

I did give them the opportunity to make this right and warned them that I would escalate. This review could have been avoided if the company treated its customers fairly. I hope this helps future prospective customers.
