I emailed their team to clarify that they should have received it and followed up with a phone call, which was supposed to expedite the process. Unfortunately, today—Saturday, April 5—I am still waiting for a resolution. After spending over an hour on hold, I was disconnected and had to call again. I waited another 25 minutes, only to be told I still have to wait for their team to resolve the issue. This experience has left me feeling disappointed in G Plan's poor customer service, lack of follow-through, and weak communication. Overall, this has eroded my trust in their company. There are many other companies out there with competitive pricing, fast turnaround times, and excellent customer service. Sadly, G Plan does not fall into that category. Reviewed by David Anderson

'doctor' was so shady. During my video consultation, the person I spoke with before the doctor was sitting in her living room, with her face barely visible at the bottom of the screen. She told me a certain doctor would be joining, but it ended up being a different one. The doctor wasn't even on video, but I had to be? It felt unprofessional, and you could tell from the background noise that she was in another country. She spoke for less than a minute, told me to try the Keto Diet, and left. It states on their website to contact them within 30 days for a full refund. When I spoke with them, they told me they will not offer the refund because I had a video consultation. What consultation?? Eat Keto!? That is literally all she said and left! Stay away from this company! Charges have been disputed with my card company, hopefully I will get the refund.

SCAM!! – Wasted almost $700 and they refused to refund anything! DO NOT sign anything w G Plans unless you just want to throw money away. They are running a SCAM!!

Awful customer support – Don’t sign up for this. Such a rip off. Supposedly a 30 day money back guarantee if the program is not suited. Took me weeks to get a response asking for a refund from customer support, which they refused to provide.

something seemed off - I tried to cancel but I couldn't - if you want to cancel don't bother calling just email them right away and READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE. Only the Pro plan gets a money-back refund, nothing else!

Finally, I did a little experiment of commenting on their Instagram about their malpractices abs they just delete comments. Then they block you. My friend and I did this from several accounts and also saw other people’s negative comments deleted. They delete any shred of exposure to their criminal behavior.

no terms and conditions were stated on social media advertisement, and I specifically declined all other offers. No means No, G Plans). They refused to respond further regarding refunds for the month trial actually signed up for. G plans then waited for 30 days to pass to advise that month has passed, membership is cancelled and naturally not entitled to any refunds. All this while I did not receive any subscription details to access the supposed product/service, so have been robbed of money in plain daylight! Very unsavoury underhanded tactics/operations by G plans.

I called again and spoke to a Lexi and also she said the following: Because you upgraded from the Pro-plan to a Power Plan you are not covered by the 30 day money back guarantee.

Had I stayed on the Pro-plan I would have received my money back.

I asked her to direct me as to where this is written so that the consumer is made aware of this during the purchasing process, and she directed me to the website:

Scam! – If I could give this zero stars, that would be far more accurate. There is a lack of disclosure of the price, and following cancellation they will not refund you. It cost me $416.22. I would not have proceeded at that price. It is way overpriced. It is currently a disputed credit card transaction. Don't give yourself the stress of dealing with this group. Look elsewhere.

Beware - complete scam! – I paused the account before the end of my free trial then they still took the full annual fee from my credit card, (despite me only ever agreeing to a monthly rate in the first place!). They advertise a money back guarantee and then claim that their products are so specialised that they cannot refund. They are offering basic recipes that you could find online, & not much else.

will blame me saying its my fault that I saw the 5 times in massive letters where it says full refund, but missed the superfast flash of tiny tiny writing once where it says no refunds - that's completely misleading and deceptive and this company should be forced to change the advertising. I am not asking for anything except they stop the plan. This is a scam pure and simple
