The windows and doors were very well constructed and were exactly what we expected. The workmanship and customer service was outstanding. We will definately use them again.

Avoid this company at all costs – My experience with this company has been a two-year nightmare. Their shoddy installation of double-glazed windows and doors and flyscreens has left me thousands of dollars out of pocket in damages and repairs. They have breached Australian safety standards, failed to meet manufacturer guidelines, dismissed expert reports and ignored the Deceuninck rep assessment, attempted to cover up poor workmanship with aesthetic trims, and even submitted doctored reports to deflect blame.

Problems began immediately during installation and they returned several times to try and rectify issues, without success.

They forgot to add weepholes to the sliding doors, then compromised the frame's integrity by incorrectly drilling them later which still didn't stop excess water filling the internal track as the frames and doors were bowed. They argued that a simple bucket and sponge water ingress test was 'unrealistic'.

Instead of properly sealing frames with silicone, they used liquid nails to attach decorative trims, which are now coming loose both inside and outside the house.

Despite overwhelming evidence, they dragged out the complaint process for over a year and I'm now forced to replace everything they installed and repair extensive damage to my home. Their warranties are worthless.

Save yourself time, money, and stress. Avoid this company at all costs.
