Bad products and refused to repair – Bought gaggenau ovens and cooktops . Since i have them installed the gas cooktop has not been working . They have promised many times to come out to repair under warranty but no where to seen , it has been 6 months . Dont ever their products, their warranty does not mean anything to them. Very disappointing for a big company like that.

Purchased for $30,000.
