Worst customer care and service provided
I have been with them for 3 years now. My issues was with the customer service. After informing and updating there website for mail preference by post. They do not send any mail and finally send me overdue notice with late fee. And when I ask them they are blaming Australia Post for missed delivery.
If they are able to provide minimum customer care then imagine how they will behave when I file a claim.
