Friendly and helpful staff, expensive products – I recently visited the Games Paradise store in Warringahl Mall, Brookvale, NSW. I have purchased items here before for a reasonable price (eg. The business here could improve by price matching or price beating to have me as a customer again.
Great staff, great price – I teach English and periodically go looking for word games. This is the only shop I've ever been in where staff were able to explain the difference between different categories of word games and discuss the suitability of each for different situations. The game they recommended (Bananagrams) was brilliant for teaching at my students' level. A week later, I saw the same game in another shop $10 dearer. Show details
