Garageapex helped us sourced a Toyota Voxy Hybrid from Japan and it was not only gorgeous, it met our budget requirements and the car came in excellent condition. There was a hiccup when we won the bid for a car that was not eligible for import into Australia and Garageapex took care of it, probably costed them an amount to relist the car on the auction. There was another small hiccup when our car was shipped to Melbourne instead of Perth, but garageapex sorted it out without any fuss or making us pay an extra cent. Very grateful to David and the team, who took care of us every step of the way, was attentive to our requests and responded as promptly as they can to our questions. Would highly recommend!

Great product, terrible service – Great value purchase on grey import (nissan serena) with all sorts of promises, new fog lights, new radio, rear seat removal, all apparently easy jobs. Delivery delayed multiple times due to incompetence. Eventually picked up, seats had not been removed as requested, had to wait whilst number plates attached, radio didnt work and had to be replaced, batteries flat, had to be jumpstarted, flat again in 2 days, missing nuts and bolts from various parts of engine covers, service was not only bad but incompetent. Take care when purchasing.
