Order #7179002 This has to be the worst product I've ever brought from a truly terrible company. Issues happened straight away, my 3 dats delivery turned into 3 weeks. The watch is very poor quality,… Read more
the strap is huge, even on the last hole it moves. The readings dont work, it states I got up at 8am when i was already at work for 6.30am. The step count does work, often not reading at all. Its difficult to use, does log runs I've been on. Once you try to return thats when it really becomes impossible, even though their product is faulty they wont issue freepost *dispite promising this before my purchase* they ask you to use a return portal that wont accept my return. When told of this they require proof in a screenshot but you can send them a screenshot as all you get back is mail undelivered due to your mail having a virus, in fact that happens whenever to try to reply to any email they send. Please save yourself time and expense and dont purchase from this grifter company. Everything is set up to stop your legal right to return an item, which i am now reporting to trading standards.
Definitely not waterproof. Total inconsistencies with calorie burnout. After 35 minutes of high-intensity training, the app says that I have burned 3 calories. The different selection of sport activities disappeared by magic and now I have over half… Read more
a dozen outdoor run modes. There is no after-sales service. I have tried to contact them and there is total silence. $190.00 dollars wasted away.
Follow-up · The watch went to the bin since I was not able to get a reply from the seller nor the manufacturer. Not worth two cents. Do not waste your money.
Can I post lower than 1 star? Tried to cancel an unwanted order before it shipped, received notifications of shipping immediately after. Contacted customer support and they said they could cancel it now it had shipped I'd have to reject delivery and it would be returned. I had the local courier company intercept it so it was not delivered to me… Read more
and they tracked it's return to the international courier it arrived with. Gard Pro said they would refund on the final delivery update from the local courier. Once the final update was received Gard Pro said it was now unclear where the parcel was and that it was being returned, hard to believe since it was with their own international courier. They said they could now not refund me until it arrived back at their warehouse in China. Given their behaviour to date I doubt they have any intention of refunding me so I have started a claw back with my credit card provider. They have even told me they will close my customer support ticket if I continue to call out their appalling behaviour in my correspondence with them.Be warned, these are dishonest people who do want to return your money even when you jump through their hoops.
Do not waste your money on these watches. They are total rubbish! They don’t charge or hold charge. The don’t maintain Bluetooth connection. The don’t record anything with the slightest degree of accuracy. All they do is tell the time but will spend more time on the charger than your wrist. Company will not refund. Breaching consumer laws. Will… Read more
offer a replacement but why would you want two useless time tellers instead of a smartwatch! Total scam! Oh and they block you too.
Ordered the Gard Pro Ultra 2 for my daughter”s birthday and less than two weeks later with normal use it would constantly vibrate when turned on. After sending a video of the defect at Gard Pro’s request, they offered 40% if I kept the (useless) watch or 70% refund if I sent it back with very specific instructions. I had to remind them of… Read more
Australian law protecting the consumer if products weren’t fit for purpose, after which they reluctantly agreed to the 100% refund. Unethical behaviour and an inherently poor quality product.
If I could give zero stars to this thieving, scamming, poor excuse if a company I would. Bought a Gard Pro Ultra 3. Firstly, the band didn't fit as it didn't measure the length specified in the product description. So bought external band cause Gard Pro didn't want to help. Next, inwotr the device swimming (waist deep kiddie wading pool). Device… Read more
stopped working and screen become unresponsive, even though it's suitable for pool swimming according to the product description and the exercise choices on the device.
Sent off for refund, they refused and sent replacement watch. Repeated the same swim to have the same problem happen again. Wrote to Gard Pro asking for refund due to it being 2nd device that's faulty and not performing to task as advertised. They again refused and are offering another replacement.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are boring but overseas scammers who take your money, then don't want to help when their inferior product doesn't work after doing something it says is capable of in the position description.
A complete scam, step count is utterly incorrect.everyting about this watch is useless. Service backup a big zero. Don't waste your money Show details
Bought the watch in October. When I received the watch it would just turn off. When I put it on charge it would turn back on but as soon as I took it off charge it died. Contacted them they sent out a new 1 and it just spazed out just before Xmas.… Read more
Kept vibrating would turn off and on then just wouldn't turn on at all. Asked for a refund but it's not part of their warranty they will just keep sending out trash watches for 2 years. Step counter is rubbish I somehow got 2000 steps on a hours drive on the highway. Sleep tracker is worse tells me I'm asleep when I'm checking to see what my rem is. Please do not buy you can't get your money back and my 3rd watch will be here in 3 days. 3 watches in 3 months THATS GOTTA BE A RECORD.
Follow-up · The time and date works. Step count is absolute rubbish!!! I left home with 300 steps on the watch drove 1 hour to work and have 2046 steps. The changing on the watch face works well. The watch heats up really fast when in the sun and burnt my wrist had to not wear it for a few days (I'm a chippy and work outside) watch often has dramas connecting… Read more

Terrible experience... I bought one of their smartwatch that claimed to have NFC payment option however the actual product doesn't have this function.. when I try to return it, they asked me to send the product to a different country and they do not pay for the return shipping. I'm very disappointed with this product. There are many other brands of smartwatch that do the same for way less. Show details

Follow-up · Band failure - poor quality Watch worked Support did not reply. I sent 3 emails and nothing
Avoid Gard Pro. They advertise a 30-day trial, but my experience was disappointing. When I received the watch and opened the box, it was immediately obvious that it was a cheaply made, poor-quality product from China. I requested a return under the 30-day trial, but they told me I would have to cover the cost of international shipping to the UK.… Read more
The shipping cost is nearly half the price of the watch. With such poor product quality and questionable business practices, this company won’t earn long-term trust.

Watch doesn't work as it should been fighting for a return to which i was blocked by the customer service team after I was unable to access the return portal. Straight out of the box and it won’t charge or do anything dead blank screen been on charge all night and won’t turn on not sure if it’s a watch fault or charger fault tried accessing their website for customer service advice but doesn’t connect to website not impressed at all totally waste of money Show details

I am an Apple Watch person but wasnt prepared to pay over $1000 for a new watch.(Apple Ultra 2) so I purchased the Gard Pro Ultra 2. I have had this watch for a number of weeks now and have been quite happy with it. After a few weeks with it, my son gave me a Garmin watch to test. I used the Garmin for 30 minutes and gave it back to him… Read more
because it was too difficult to use compared with the Gard Pro. Pros of the Gard Pro Ultra 2: Battery Life is exceptional. I'm getting 9-12 days with frequent use. Easy to use, easy to see, Easy to use menu, Has a lot of health data including Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, Pressure, sleep, body temp, breath rate, sleep and the lists go on. Has most of the information I require and storage for music so that you can use the watch without your phone and listen to music. Cons: The training app does not give you feedback of times like Apple watch, although it says it does. The watch is very sensitive if worn under a jacket or in the shower. The jacket and shower droplets will change the screen to such an extent after one workout with a jacket on, my watch had changed to Chinese language. (Easy to fix) The watch has no GPS and calculates distance. Overall, I'm very happy with the watch and it is great value for money.
They gave me a delivery time. 8 days after their latest estimate on delivery still no show. Then they tell me to follow it up. Very crap company. Thought id be scammed by a bigger company. No reponse to my email except them saying they wont give me a delivery time now Heres what they sent Show details
Recently purchased a gard pro ultra 2 while believing their advertising and service support, unfortunately either the watch or the service weren’t good, thought at least the service will be trustworthy, No they all crap, one thing is it’s cheap but still not worth. Show details
Watch died in a matter of days. Despite a week of trying to get support, I am left with trying to reverse the charge via the bank as they do not support the product. Don’t get scammed like I did Show details
This watch is poorly constructed with cheap materials. The band falls apart each time I put it on or take it off. The clip that the band feeds through to fasten pops undone with next to no pressure at all making it impossible to tighten against your wrist, if it isn't a snug fit, it can't gauge your heartbeat etc. I found the font for the step… Read more
counter and messages so small it was hard to read without magnifying glasses. Customer service don't respond. A complete waste of money.
Nice comfortable and looks good but, the metrics are way out. No good as a health watch at all. Shame , had high hopes. Show details

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Will not charge properly sometimes only up to 22% after a day on charge. Have contacted 'customer service' which clearly doesn't exist countless times. They clearly don't back these useless watches. Complete waste of money only lasted 5-6 weeks. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Show details
I purchased the watch and a few days later the screen protector, but before the screen protector arrived I was sending the watch back, strap was to small, no option when buying the watch to get a different size strap, the battery after 4 days was down to less than half power and it's meant to last 15 days, and the tracking for running or sports… Read more
was not accurate. To make matter worse then, the company are very poor to deal with, refuse to refund in full, will only refund price of item itself not your paid postage and when returning you have to pay postage. Total cost was about 135 euro, 95.99 for the watch with 3.95 postage, 15.95 for screen protector with 6.95 postage and a further 12.95 to send back both items and printing out order sheets. It cost more postage for the screen protector than the watch which makes no sense. I'm down about 25 euros on what I paid after refund. Stay clear of this website. I thought I was making a good purchase with value for money but it's not and that's my experience having dealt with them and I'm still waiting for the refund. I've had to contact my bank to complain about the purchase to see if they would revert the charge so I can get all my money.
SCAMMERS – Terrible quality - not as described - dodgy merchants who are selling cheap nasty watches and refusing to cooperate with their refund policy - they will try and make you send it back at your own expense for repairs, even when it’s 1 day old and faulty. AVOID!!! Show details
This Smartwatch – Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service – I recently purchased a smartwatch from Gard Pro, expecting a high-quality product as advertised. Unfortunately, what I received was anything but. The watch was defective right out of the box, completely non-functional, and after reaching out to their customer support, I was met with one of the worst service experiences I’ve encountered. Despite… Read more
providing clear evidence that the product was faulty, the company refused to issue a full refund and instead offered only 30% of what I originally paid—as if that would make up for the fact that they sent me a broken device. I repeatedly requested to speak with a manager, but my requests were ignored.
As someone who regularly tests and reviews smartwatches, I can confidently say this is one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had. The product itself was unreliable, and the company’s refusal to stand behind what they sell speaks volumes.
If you're considering purchasing from Gard Pro, I strongly advise against it. Their lack of accountability, poor product quality, and insulting refund policy make them no different from low-quality sellers on platforms like AliExpress. Save your money and invest in a reputable brand that actually values its customers.
Cheap brand with lots of limitations – Good marketing for a cheap watch, constantly disconnecting from bluetooth, app very limited, can't check your notifications, all in all, stay away from this brand. Show details
Spend your money on a decent watch – Cheap looking Doesn't work accurately Not waterproof The app needed, always gets bug so watch does not give correct info And this is my second watch sent as the first watch didn't even last 5hrs. Show details
Good and Bad – Pros 1. Watch band and case good quality. 2. Good value for money. 3. Nice big bright display. 4. Many watch face choices. 5. Calorie count, heart beat, steps and blood pressure reasonably accurate. Cons Generally suffers from Chinese manufacture functional issues: 1. Smart watch box shows a picture of the watch showing different times for… Read more
two time zones on the default watch face with dual time gmt display. However, this is false gmt watch advertising as the watch does not give you access to alter either the digital or simulated analogue display - both displays are fixed to local time.
2. The exercise activities of which there are many does not have a favourites function that would allow you to select the exercises you do frequently more quickly from a recents or favourites menu. For your exercise you have to scroll a huge list - inconvenient.
3. The weekly report is inaccurate and requires debugging and major software update. For instance, keeps reporting my blood pressure is low with 136/85 readings and to see a medical professional. It also excludes any reports on the calories you burn doing the exercises, it only includes heart beat, blood pressure, sleep and no of steps which the watch regularly monitors?
4. The GloryFit app has bugs. Some menu items freeze and won’t allow you to return to the main menu.
All these issues could be fixed with a software upgrade. I have this submitted feedback twice through the GloryFit app to Gard Pro and received no reply? Probably best not to purchase the watch until the software issues are resolved. The watch, however, is mostly functional. Do not pay more than $50 for this watch.
