I have two of the single Composters. I really like them.......but they are a royal pain to assemble.

Yep. Sure do! I found some missing pieces to my mother's aldi gardenline twin tumbling composer. The instructions are long gone. Be grateful for any help?
What is the price of twin tumbling composter?
Don't buy one - they are impossible to put together - the plastic clips break when you try to put them together. Aldi have had this bin for some years, and they should not be selling it.
Can you get spare parts? The ends of the bins have broken. The plastic has become very brittle and broke as well as both of the lids.

at the top of this page it says this product has been discontinued by Gardenline. So how come it was in the catalogue last week. August 2018.?
We bought one not having read the reviews first and initially found the clips brittle and difficult, broke two, so we then put them into hot water to soften them which was successful. We were only given 2 spare clips, both now used.
To put the parts A on we used a rubber hammer as it was far too difficult to clip part A into the side panels.
Have yet to put legs on just hope it works ok after the mammoth effort it has taken.
Can Aldi put the hot water recommendation in the instructions?
I have lost my manual could you please send one?
I called Aldi on 13 25 34 and got a manual emailed to me. I quoted the product number 51485.
How strong & sturdy is the garden line?
Not very strong. The plastic ends become brittle and break after 12 months along with the sliding lids.
I bought this impossible to assemble piece of rubbish 10 months ago but only attempted to assemble today. Does anyone know if aldiwill refund me as the pieces dont fit together?
I assume as long as you have all the pieces ...
The pieces will fit together however the unit is meant only for a small yard. Aldi will provide a warranty that covers any pieces broken etc.
Does anyone still have the instructions? My copy took off in the wind and i feel i should at least try and get this together mind you the issues others have had may see it going back as well.
If I were you if you are able go online and get a copy of the instructions, or maybe Aldi could help you. There maybe a video online as well. Good luck
Hi Thanks I went on line (my first port of call) and googled and googled etc. Aldi doesn't have them on line but i found they were discontinued and UTube is about other models by different manufacturers so no joy at all hence why i thought i would see if anyone had kept theirs - I guess common sense will have to be my only way and using the picture on the box! thanks for your response though.

I'd take it back. Aldi should replace it. They did mine
Hi Gerti, As suggested by Gayle, you could try taking it back to ALDI and get a replacement or refund depending how old it is. Or you could make a warranty claim through the manufacturer, details would be inside the instruction/warranty booklet that came with it. Good luck.

Steph, Unfortunately not any more ... took me some hours even with instructions ... poorly manufactured!! I purchased 2 from Aldi ... took 1 back. The 1 I kept does work as long as you are careful with it and we only use it for the kitchen scraps. All our yard composting goes into much larger and robust composter's. The best ever compost bin is an Aero Bin 400. I picked up 1 second hand. Can not purchase new any more ... I tried.

I took mine back and got a refund. The plastic clips were breaking as you clipped them on.
