Best Items, Best Service, Easy webpage to navigate: – My order was personally delivered by the owner of Gardens Online, which was a delightful surprise, particularly because it was on NY holiday weekend. That's service plus!! Yes, I do live only a couple of suburbs away from the business, but not everyone would make that effort. Great Site – Following a link for some garden fertiliser I discovered that this site also has a heap of garden information, in fact masses. Its seems to be a bit like Better Homes & Gardens and Bunnings combined - just a bit classier though. Ended up buying some seeds which arrived within a few days.

Good Old Fashion Service – Gardens Online has a very easy site to use. Service is great with good communication and reliable, had no problems in contacting them for any changes in our order. Nothing was a drama I can highly recommend this business for online garden supplies

Slow as a wet week – If you want just a little haste in the despatch of your online order.... Best you look elsewhere. They state 7 to 10 days for delivery but took over a week to despatch the order.

Very visual, masses of content – I love this site, its so full of fabulous images, either across he top of every page or large image slideshows for products and plants. The plant database is very good - not sure how many p;ants are in it but it runs to scores of page results so estimate around 2,000 or so. The Garden Shop is big too.
