Very good for fine hair – I used another brand for years, then they changed their formulation and my hair turned to straw overnight. I did a lot of research to find a shampoo and conditioner for fine hair, that didn't weigh it down but still left it soft. I found reviews on US websites for Garnier Fructis Full & Luscious (pink bottles) that raved about how good it is. I found the 315ml size shampoo and conditioner on special at Priceline, so gave them a try. I used the shampoo and conditioner, towel dried my hair, and then spent a minute combing my hair as it was not as tangle free as my previous conditioners! I let my hair air dry as normal, and when it was dry I was very happy with the result. My shoulder length fine hair was soft and fuller than normal, with bounce, and not weighed down. As an experiment I thought I'd see how many days it stayed looking good without washing, and it stayed that way for 4 days, with just minimal flattening at the roots. I can now wash my hair every 3 days and it looks clean and healthy. I've also noticed that when it rains I don't become a huge fuzz ball anymore, fly-aways are reduced. After a bit of experimentation I leave the conditioner on for a few minutes extra - that reduces tangles. I also use a heavier conditioner once a month, in place of the Fructis conditioner, and my hair has stayed soft and manageable. The fragrance is pleasant but minimal. Garnier say it leaves your hair looking thicker, fuller and healthy looking - and I agree. I highly recommend this formulation for people with fine hair - with the proviso that you may need a hair mask or more moisturising conditioner once a month.

Hair is slightly fluffier, but dry and knotty – I've used this on three consecutive days with its matching conditioner. Although my hair looks a bit fluffier after use, it doesn't actually appear 'thicker, fuller, stronger or healthier' as the advertising claims. The scent, however, is quite nice. Overall, my long hair now feels dry and has become knotty. Fructis Full & Luscious is okay and definitely not a 'bad' product, but I don't think I'll buy it again.
