Poor service, poor workmanship and no accountability. Once they installed a system that is not working, they are not interested in helping to address the issue. Instead, they are passing blame and using excuses to avoid responsibility for the poor service. I regret not checking their complaints process prior to choosing their service. Interestingly, their website doesn't provide it either....hmm.

Perfect fit to our needs – These guys were very responsive, professional and flexible. The installation required multi layers in a none conventional building and they did an amazing job. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Gas Heater Service - friendly, professional and saved thousands on unnecessary new heater – Our Rinnai Royale Logfire was not starting properly and needed a service. The first company I contacted came out and initially serviced and fixed the heater only to then do a Carbon monoxide test and advise that it had failed. They gave a big convincing speel about how dangerous it was and could not be fixed and they then physically disabled the heater in multiple places. I was charged over $1K for servicing and "fixing" the heater. They subsequently sent through quotes for new replacement gas heaters which seemed very expensive. I then popped into Gasworks Modbury to inquire about new heaters. Their prices were a couple of thousand less than the other quote, but not only that even though they could have made the sale, the salesman took me to their service guy Steve who was highly sceptical about the gas levels and offered to come and have a look at our system. It took around an hour for Steve to fix the disabled heater and the subsequent Carbon monoxide test came back with a much lower safe reading for which the charge was just $210. Steve from Gasworks was friendly and professional and wished I had gone to Gasworks in the first place. I want to point out at this point that Carbon monoxide can be deadly and risks should not be dismissed and a potentially unsafe gas appliance should not be used. However if a service person says your device unsafe and wants to disable, they may just want to sell you a new heater and it is legitimate to ask for a second opinion (but don't use the device until it is declared safe).
