stock and this is why my dress has not shipped yet. Asked for a refund and now am being ignored and my email blocked. I am very confused about the legitimacy of this business.

Do not buy from them. I am very sure this is a scam, so BEWARE.

Worst customer service rip off – Gasp has the worst customer experience they sold me a dress they claimed was French lace and it wasn't when I took it to the dress maker and I paid $300 for it. The receipt says they offer refund and by law they legally have to as they sold me something that was fake. I was treated rudely over the phone and pretty much told to deal with it and that they don't ever offer refunds. Thank god I managed to sell the dress on another site!

Bad customer service – The majority of girls working in Gasp... are very mean and snobby. Poor customer service. I went in to try a dress and i didnt like it and one of the workers actually said in a loud tone "What a bunch of time wasters today".. all their dress are over priced and the quality is pooor..

advised that Gasps online payment system is not authorised! The bank retrieved my money on my behalf because of the illegal credit card purchase. Thank you Commonwealth Bank!

Absolutely pathetic company – My daughter bought a dress for her 21st from GASP. Dress fell apart on the evening. Returned to the store for refund or repair. tell me they don't do repairs! (After they initially offered to repair it for me). Took the matter to VCAT who issued an order against them. They did not turn up at VCAT nor did they ever pay the monies they were ordered to pay! They are a pathetic company with no customer service and my greatest satisfaction was seeing the closure of their Chadstone store recently. At least no more girls can be ripped off with their cheaply made overpriced imitation dresses! To see their so called classy dresses thrown in a heap on a table in their pretentious store going out at a mere $20 was so pleasing. At last the true colours of their company have shown through!

Absolutely terrible terrible experience – Wow. The girls and security guard at the chadstone store gave me worst customer service experience of my life. Words don't explain how rude and arrogant the female staff were. They gave a new meaning to the word [censored word removed]. This company needs to hire nice girls if they wish to improve their company. These girls have no future in anything sorry. please show some class and kindness. Good sales Terrible terrible staff

Online purchase dodgy website – I ordered a dress from their website, wrong dress arrived. I emailed them straight away asking how i go about returning the dress and getting a full refund. She also told me to provide my account details for refund and that they will not refund it back onto my credit card. I then realised i will never see my money back so now I am stuck with a dress that i don't want nor need. Do not waste your money. Do not buy from this website.

asked to have another pair that was in the store, I was told since it has been 4 months since the purchase was made, it has to be approved by head office first. What a joke!!!

Never ever purchase from gasp – I found a dress I wanted at the chadstone store and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later after lots of phone calls and chasing it hasn't arrived. because sales staff dont start til lunch time. Now I'm left without a dress for my function. Ask for refund and they can't do it in store. [censored word removed]? I had to email account details and hope to god I get my money back. Dresses expensive. Customer service experience cheap and terrible.

Gasp promise the world and deliver nothing! I urge you to stay clear of this store.

numerous times still ignored. Engagement week arrives.. still no dress!!!! Unexpected incident occurs, requested refund instore.. Manager got my name & bank details & promised refund. Still NO refund into the account!!!!

Contacted head office spoke to Anthony, explained dress was not even ordered he offered credit note.. Like what the???? Still matter unresolved!!!!

Worst customer service, management sucks, feel conned :( .. Unhappy customer :(((

Anyway, they didn't have that dress in my size so she told me she could order one in and that it would take 4 days and immediately asked me to pay for the dress which I find pretty sneaky but paid anyway cause it was for my ROM. They also said that they would call when it has arrived but they NEVER CALLED. So I went back to that store after 6 days only to find out they did not even order it. So this time a man (think it's the owner) made a phone call and said the dress was in Bridge Road and told me to pick it up. I went there and to my added disappointment they did not have my dress at all, it was a completely different dress. So tomorrow I'm going back to get my refund.

Their dresses may be pretty, but no customer should be treated that way, so to avoid getting hurt, I suggest you save your time and energy and look for your dress somewhere else.

As for me, I will never ever walk into another GASP store ever again, my only regret is not reading these reviews before stepping into their store :( Pretty dress Horrible service

Staff rude and never greet or acknowledge customers – I've been to the Bridge Rd and Chapel St stores and both times the staff member wasn't busy, yet didn't greet or even acknowledge me! I could tell she was judging me. I definitely won't buy there or even go back, even though the clothes are lovely, but over priced. Rude staff

sale's assistant was so rude and disrespectful. I had to contact head office and finally received the dress. Comments made by head office about their staff were inappropriate and just proved how unprofessional they really are as a business. My advice is go somewhere else.

sales assistant approached me and asked "What special event are you shopping for?" I giggled and said "I'm not actually shopping for any occasion just having a quick squiz". She then stop smiling and said in quite a rude tone "are you buying or just looking today?". I was quite shocked that a sales assistant would say that and even though I was intending to maybe buy a cocktail dress or a pair of jeans from GASP if I saw something that tickles my fancy, after the sales assistant asked me whether I was going to buy anything in a rude tone I just huffed and said "No, I'm not" and swiftly walked out to move onto the next store.

Until GASP improves their policies on how to meet and greet customers as well as qualifying their customers I will never set foot into one of their stores. GASP just lot a potential customer. Beautiful dresses Poor customer service

Terrible service – The dresses are not too bad although they're way overpriced. The thing that got me is the terrible, impatient, unattentive service I received. I would recommend you go somewhere else. Near by Service/quality

their customer service is the worst.. i never came back – After a rude sales assistant told me that I was wasting her time and disrespecting me as a potential customer. I never ever stepped into their shop anymore.. called head office and they did nothing.. thank good their bad service was on media!!! great dresses bad customer service, why buy if u dont get the service as well?!
