, put it in it's box for a year and got it out lastnight 17/6/25 hooked it up same problem ! Took it back in to show them again what a piece of Sh%^ it is and they wouldn't even look at it , not that I was expecting anything as I knew it was out of Warranty , but they took no interest at all knowing that . I was expecting them to at least go and check it on their shop air compressor as they were standing around doing FA, so therefore left it on the counter as it was no use to me . I myself have been buying good Brand product's from there for over 20 years and I won't be going back again !

Almost the exact same issue as Ray D. Selected an item from their online store and paid for it. Waited almost a week and nothing so contacted them via email and was told that sorry they have to order it in. I said ok but let me know when it ships. for the next week. I was unimpressed but waited another 4 days and contacted them again. I asked for a full refund and waited for a reply. They then phoned me and said that the item had been discontinued so I said again please refund me in full. They said they would arrange it with head office. I waited 3 days and again asked them what was happening about my refund and they said that they had contacted head office and it will take a few more days to pay it back into the account it came from. I waited 3 more days and because I had paid via PayPal I put in a refund request with them and have been waiting another 5 days for Gasweld to respond to the dispute. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. My advice is to stay as far away from this Gasweld mob as you can as they are just a huge headache waiting to happen to you. Yep, I'm still waiting for my refund. ffs

Gasweld: not happy – I ordered a gas cylinder and torch online and mistakenly gave the wrong house number. Of course it was not delivered to me. I contacted Gasweld and they were completely dismissive. They had in fact delivered it to a flat address across the road from me but they did not ask for ID from the recipient. Once again, 'In Stock' is not actually 'In Stock' – Ordered small item from online store where it was shown as 'in stock' 7 days later, no contact, no shipping, nothing. Email and get told that item is out of stock and they are waiting on their supplier, (Jamec Pem), to send them the item. gets a free in store delivery from the supplier. Questioned them regarding this and got the response 'refund or wait'. Will never deal with them again.
