Great! – It's very effective, use as my regular source of drink to help and maintain my electrolyte. Boost my energy after work out

Dam right, this well be the best water you've ever had! – Are you old enough to remember the drink Mizone? Mizone was a lemon flavoured sports water drink that came out sometime between 2000 and 2006. It also came in a big blue bottle! Well, the first time I had this G-Active water (back in 2017 or 2018) it reminded me exactly of that water. The main difference is that this water comes in four delicious flavours, reviewed as follows ranked in order of preference.

- Berry: Nice raspberry flavour, I would rate this as either my favourite or second favourite flavour. - Grape: Really nice grape flavour that is quite refreshing and somewhat different to all the other Australian drinks I've had on the market (granted I don't drink many grape flavoured drinks), although it has a slightly artificial taste. This one is up there with berry for me. - Lemon: Pretty standard lemon flavoured water, can't go wrong. - Mango: I don't have this one as often, it's nice but similar to the grape the mango flavour tastes a bit too artificial for me.

All of the flavours are sugar free and contain sodium and potassium (with the ratio being higher sodium and lower potassium which is the correct ratio for an electrolyte drink) and vitamins B3, B5 and B6. They also have artificially sweeteners 955 (sucralose) and 950 (acesulphame potassium). No aspartame for anyone who is a bit concerned about that!

Overall I would recommend this drink if you're looking for something a bit more tastier than plain water especially after a good workout and if you want to replenish your electrolytes. Although if you're doing extreme exercise (like running a marathon) you probably want to stick to something like Powerade because this water has basically zero kilojoules/calories, and Powerade has much higher levels of electrolytes.

Don't pay full price though, these go on sale pretty regularly for $1.90 (half price) at my local Woolworths. I would not spend more than $2.20 per bottle!
