I sent my Meta Quest 3 to GC-Repairs. The device had a crack in one of the front cameras but was otherwise fully functional. They claimed additional damage and quoted $499, then offered a pay-off plan to get the device back before full payment. After completing the repair, they refused to honour the plan and returned the device completely unusable — blank screen, no tracking, no controllers.
I have attempted to contact them multiple times with no response. This device was returned in worse condition than when I sent it.
