So the hoverboard was returned to this dodgy website but they have gone ghost and I never got a refund. They now have the hoverboard and my money.

Do not order. It’s dodgy and the quality does not seem to be of Australian standard as it seems to be operating from dodgy people with no contact number and just a storage unit. This exact hoverboard is on Ali express and you need to be careful as they contain lithium batteries.

Do not use this company!!! – Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a hoverboard and go cart attachment for my son for Christmas, it broke that day. after waiting ages for response on a refund they told me I could post the new one back for full refund however did not give me a return address and I’m assuming expected me to pay for the postage. I do not recommend gearforce at all.

AVOID!!!! – Hoverboard broke after 2 months. No aftercare at all. Tried emailing 3 times then email address was taken off website. No contact number on website. Went to Consumer Protection WA and they cant get in contact with them. I was advised that the address on their website is not correct either and they are based in China. Consumer Protection will be investigating to try and get this website closed.
