Try someone else – I called to ask somebody to have a look at our wall furnace as it wasn’t working properly. Got told it was a $200 call out fee, thought fair enough as it should be a quick fix. have the fan unit replaced as it was faulty at $900 Little did they no it was replaced brand new a couple months back and if the technician had of called I could of informed him of this. Option 2 was a new heater for $1900 dollars. So call them and asked what was causing the issues and why they couldn’t contact me by phone and got told they have 600 people on the books and don’t have time. So for a $200 call out fee doesn’t pay for the curtesy of a phone call just another grab for cash. Absolute disgrace

Braemer Ducted Gas heater TQ415NG dont buy this unit , 5 call outs in 18 months – Installer Pascoes Plumbing purchased and installed this unit in May 2018. On the day of installment the unit failed to fire up and I was told a lumen needed to be replace. broken , replaced. Nov 2019 same issue as Jul and Oct technician yet to attend. After contacting the retailer and the installer, I was told to go to Seeley International with my complaint, which I have done. Seeley has not responded to my email, it is only day 3 The warranty company is Seeley International who is responsible for rectifying this matter . I am waiting for their response and a positive outcome. I will keep you updated. In the meantime steer away from this product .I will review the companies once I see how they handled my complaint within 10 days.
