Revolting people – Revolting service, revolting “office” and the two men (I use the term, “men” loosely, because they were more like feral dogs) were horrible and rude and nasty.

Unhinged – After booking months ago, I called and texted to confirm my booking earlier this week (he asked me to text him). The owner cancelled without notice the day before my flight and these are the unhinged messages he sent me and yes I know I'm rude but that was after his terrible customer service over the phone. I'm also a bit worried about him stalking me now as he thinks he knows where I work. All very strange
Awful customer service – Saw a listing stating it was family friendly accommodation. Made a further enquiry about availability, and the customer service person was extremely hostile towards me, making some veiled racist remarks. This was completely out of the blue and unprovoked, but clearly he made some judgements based on my name. He made some disparaging remark about my children as well. After ignoring this and ceasing the conversation, their staff member Nicholas then messages me a day later threatening me. I'd advise anyone to avoid this agency at all costs.

Rudest and unfriendliest service i've ever recieved! – I was in Geelong and wanted to enquire about accommodation, but from the second I walked through the door, the man working there was incredibly rude for no reason! When I politely requested him to speak to me in a friendlier manner, he became very verbally abusive and aggressive.
