I purchased a watch and needed to get additional links for the watchband. However after contacting them twice over two weeks via their website Contact Us page I have received no response. This is appalling customer service. They say they are busy and you may need to wait 48 hours for a reply...but 2 weeks and still no reply is ridiculous. It's an appalling indictment of this companies poor service.
