Bad company to deal with – The product warranty is 20 years as stipulated on their packaging. My floor tiles are 6 years. They are warping inwards on the edges. I contacted Greflor but they are not interested in taking ownership of the problem. They refer me to the store where it was bought and if I cannot show them an invoice they cannot help me even though the product is clearly theirs as it is branded with their name on the back.
