options to choose from. He spent a lot of time hearing us out, discussing what is ideal from a practical and aesthetical viewpoint and merely just try to get us sign the order out. Post order booking too he regularly kept touch to check how the build was going, supply issues and how he was working at the backend to resolve them to ensure we had our tiles to our site when needed. We have been really happy transacting with them and couldn't be happy enough. This is definitely where I am going to for our future builds and look forward to meeting the team again. provisions for doors, heights etc which saved us a lot of hassle that could occur later, if not think at such an early stage. Multiple times we queried when in doubt and Siraj was happy to clarify every time, (even offered to speak to builder, in case of need). During our journey of build home, we visited multiple times in a year and every time we see the same energy in whole CTM team. Thanks to Manuel for suggesting tiles for living area after reviewing our plans (as our original idea was wooden flooring). In CTM I feel so confident to be surrounded by professional consultants. We changed our mind few times, but every time Siraj helped us in choosing right product for our home. Delivery and installation was on time (even a day before the promised time). All three different kind of floors are flushed at same level with perfection and after installation, It really looks a good job and really thanks to Manuel and Siraj for visualizing these results. I did. From the initial contact the team at CTM Flooring provided me with quick and efficient service. Even though the job was small in comparison they still went over and beyond. They worked seamlessly in order to achieve the desired outcome I was after. From quoting to completion they exceeded my expectations. Even their trade’s people were efficient and turned up when they said they would, completed the work within the time frame specified and cleaned up after themselves. I was so impressed that I went back to CTM Flooring to have them price up changing the carpet in the bedrooms. I went ahead with this also and I am so happy that I did. Unreliable, unimpressive – Keep in mind before approaching them for services: They will promise heaps but deliver little,so make sure you have it in writing everything that they promise. everything that they are going to use, eg., flooring, tiles, skirting and every little bits and pieces that’s needed as they might just say that it was not included in the price. After you have paid the money, their tone changes. They are extremely pricey for the shoddy service they deliver. I would really take all the excellent reviews given here on this website with more than a pinch of salt.

unprofession and rude – Person at seven hills store was unprofessional and their price is way to much than other competitors. This company is expensive and ripping off their customers. Please stay away from them. I was not happy talking to their sales person as looks unprofessional and rude.

Wood laying – issue started with laying wood on an uneven floor.. Finally with the help of the builder, our floor was leveled ..CTM laid the woods on the leveled floor and helped us in completing this project... Though started with lots of hiccups finally all ended well..
