When our builder unexpectedly went into liquidation, things could have become very difficult, but Brie stepped in and helped us source additional tiles without any fuss. When asked why the skirting does match they said that's the best we can do. We would not have choosen this colour had we known.

On two separate occasions they have come to repair and its still faulty. They Insist that it's not under warranty even though it is a 15 year warranty. That's very dishonest behaviour.

Refused to talk about helping us until we removed the poor reviews as they don't want the truth to be told.

First they blamed our moping, but I bought the exact machine they recommended, to clean the floors.

So they blamed the wheelchair. That's right our wheelchair

Look at the poor quality for yourself.

We were the only people in the car park and in the store, yet despite there being three staff members at the front desk, not once were we acknowledged or asked if we needed help. We spent over 10 minutes walking around and were completely ignored—no greeting, no offer of assistance, not even a goodbye as we left.

As a result, we walked out and drove five minutes down the road to National Tiles, where we had a completely different experience. A staff member approached us straight away, helped us choose the right tiles, and assisted us in placing an order worth $5,000.

Customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately Beaumont Tiles fell well short.

He and his partner, Paul went out of their way to accommodate our very tight schedule to get the job done before our move-in dates. The work was done cleanly, carefully and efficiently- and with no toxic odours. We're absolutely in love with our original oak floors - the house feels so warm and welcoming now.

The boys did an amazing job, on time, communication was excellent and even moved furniture for me. I highly recommend.

they are kept on forgetting times and were totally disorganised and would turn up hours after the agreed time.

It’s a little over a week since the installation and apart from the mess I had to clean up at the time, I’m still finding staples, underlay foam and bits of carpet throughout the house and garden. Yes they installed the carpet but everything else was completely unprofessional. The one exception is Tony, if you connect with him, he’s very good.

Went to Amber Hornsby to purchase some tiles and pavers for our outdoor pool area. Couldn’t have been happier with the advice, price and prompt delivery. Very rare to have such a good experience these days.

to organise a Beare Flooring rep to call by & Ben showed up as arranged. He was really good in regard to his knowledge & we were able to talk through several different possibilities before deciding to go with a hybrid flooring option. Ben was able to measure up straight away, give me a price & arrange a tentative day & time for installation. A week & a half later, with everything confirmed, Daniel & his colleague from Beare Flooring showed up to put the new flooring down, they were friendly & professional, got straight down to work & the new hybrid flooring was installed within a few hours. The difference is amazing & has made the rooms feel so much more lighter & more modern, -I can not believe how much of a difference it has made. team. Our order was sent to a remote community so we knew it wasn’t going to be a fast shipping time. After realising there was a problem with the courier the team were quick to chase it up and were really friendly in the process. The delay wasn’t at fault of the company just a processing problem on the road, great company and will be sure to use them again for future Reno projects!
