multiple quotes for different options I wanted to explore, I also had my heart set on a carpet they didn’t stock but Jenny was able to source it for me so I could have it.
The biggest thing I can say about this company and Jenny, they are OPEN, HONEST, CONSTANTLY COMMUNICATING, willing to work with you with your budget and you don’t just feel like your being taken for a ride and that’s what I appreciated so much!!
+ to top it off they did such an amazing job on both my timber floor and carpet.. like beyond my expectations !!! I’m in love with my floor.

product as we new very little about floating floorboards coming from previously having carpet in the rooms. The rooms look bigger and the floor feels so nice to walk on with barefeet. We attached felt under all the furniture legs so not to scratch the floor. Michael also left us a specific cleaning solution to use on the floor. Michael was most accommodating, kept us informed of events, made time to explain things I was not familiar with, which in the end helped the family to make that final decision to go ahead with Floormania in Kensington NSW. decided on Blackbutt Engineered Timber across three large areas so the investment was significant. We are over the moon with the result. The timber floor has been the best outcome of our reno so far. Jin our installer was a thorough gentleman and an excellent tradesman. Whenever someone comes to our house (including tradespeople) the new floor always gets a hugely positive comment. Jenny, John and the team at FM Miranda did everything necessary to ensure our flooring install was an absolute success.
